"So you're really not going to set her free, huh?" Earth Life said with a dark edge to his voice.

Red Lotus sneered, her voice dripping with mockery. "Look at her. Does she seem like she's suffering?"

All eyes suddenly shifted to the beautiful woman sitting quietly on the chariot, her expression blank and emotionless.

Seeing this, rage burned in Earth Life's eyes. " You placed shackles on her soul?"

Red Lotus's eyes flashed with surprise, then she chuckled. "It seems you've finally grown capable, haven't you?"

"City Lord, it's not right to have such control over someone. I hope you'll reconsider," the female Ice Sylph spoke, her eyes filled with a coldness. The others beside her shared the same stern expression.

Red Lotus took a step forward, a red lotus rune appearing on her forehead. "Seems like a fight is inevitable. Works for me."
