The War

In the furthest star system of the Faran Empire, humans were establishing a new military base, having recently conquered it. It had been three months since the Earthlings began their counterattack against the Farans.

Initially, their enemies did not take them seriously, as they had only won a battle against the Farans' weakest army. They assumed that the victory was only due to luck and low blows.

However, as time passed, the Farans realized that their technology was no match for the Earthlings, who had become a level 2 civilization. They had to inform the central base on their home planet of this change.

Unfortunately for them, they could not do it because humans had jammed their communication signal. They could not contact another star system for help and could not damage the Earthlings' spaceships due to their shields.

They were being defeated quickly, one by one. In space, ship carcasses and body parts of their fallen soldiers painted the area red with blood.

Within a week, humans conquered the star system and held a meeting before continuing their attack. With a population of over 200 billion and a space military of over 50 million battleships, they used 30 million of them to attack the Faran Empire.

"We will use three million of our spaceships to guard this star system, since if it falls, they will have direct access to our territories. We will divide our army into ten groups, nine of which will have 5 million soldiers, and one with 2 million to attack and gain control over their star systems and encircle them," said the Earthling president.

"By then, we will be able to go all into the center of it, which is the Faran capital. For the fleets closest to the Shima Federation, you will be tasked to disguise yourselves as a level 2 civilization allied with the Faran Empire and attack them. We will disrupt their plan to gather more information from their own level 2 civilization. You will go to the star system in area 27, you, to area 28, and you…" The commander-in-chief assigned each commander to a specific star system.

Jeanne was appointed vice commander of the only 3 million spaceships fleet that would attack the area 37, located northeast of their current position.

"Understood!" every commander yelled before going to their armies. They would depart in two days, and the real war would begin.

A week later, they had conquered three more star systems from the empire, but the Faran Empire suddenly launched a surprise attack. They sent their 10th, 9th, and 8th armies, but the Earthlings were prepared. With their new type of battlecruiser ship, they easily destroyed the Faran Empire's battleships.

In his battleship, the 24th emperor was pulling his hair out. "Shit, shit, SHIIT!!" he cried aloud. He was already having trouble with the Shima Federation, and now the Earthlings were becoming as strong as them. He did not know what to do anymore.

The emperor called his top advisors to his side and demanded that they come up with a plan to turn the tide of the war in their favor. After hours of deliberation, they came up with a risky but potentially effective strategy.

"We must attack their homeworld," one advisor suggested.

"If we can take out their leadership and destroy their infrastructure, they will be severely weakened and easier to defeat."

The emperor pondered this idea, knowing that it was a risky move, but he also knew that time was running out, and they needed to take drastic measures if they wanted any chance of winning the war.

"Prepare the fleet," he commanded. "We will attack their home world and crush them once and for all."

Meanwhile, Jeanne and her fleet had successfully taken control of the star system in Area 37. They had encountered some resistance from the Faran Empire, but their superior technology and strategy had given them the upper hand.

Jeanne was proud of her fleet's success, but she knew that the war was far from over. She received a transmission from the Earthling president, informing her of the Faran Empire's plan to attack their home world.

"We need to act fast," the president said. "We can't let them destroy our home. We must defend it at all costs."

"Yes!" replied Jeanne.

She knew that this would be a difficult task, but she was determined to do whatever it took to protect her people. She gathered her fleet, taking half of the spaceships from the current army she was in, and headed towards Earthling territory.

Each fleet that was attacking the Faran Empire was doing so, only the ones tasked to attack the Shima Federation couldn't do that and only decided to believe in them to protect their people.

Jeanne, Arthur, and Leo were tasked with finding a way to defeat the Faran Empire civilization. They spent months researching and experimenting, but they could not find a way. They were on the verge of giving up when Jeanne had an idea.

She remembered a theory she had read about in one of her textbooks. It was called the "butterfly effect." It stated that a small change in one place could cause a large change in another. Jeanne believed that this theory could be applied against them.

She proposed that they use a new type of strategy that Arthur had come up with before, which consisted of betraying their enemies from the inside, which is more dangerous than a threat from the outside.

This would mean that if they could manage to steal a spaceship and infiltrate with them, they could disrupt their organization and destroy them from the inside.

Jeanne, Arthur, and Leo worked tirelessly on the new plan. They knew that they only had one chance to get it right.

Since then, they tried to steal one ship from the Faran Empire, but they preferred self-destructing themselves than getting caught.

Leo was hesitant about the plan, thinking that it could take too long and that the Faran Empire could still launch an attack on Earth in the meantime. But Jeanne and Arthur were convinced that it was their best shot at victory.

They spent the next few months carefully planning their infiltration. They selected a group of highly skilled individuals who could blend in with the Faran Empire's society and gain their trust.

They equipped them with advanced technology and weaponry, and they trained them in combat and espionage.

Finally, the team was ready to infiltrate the Faran Empire. They arrived at the capital and began their mission. They used their advanced technology to hack into the empire's communication networks and gather intelligence on their leaders and military forces.

Furthermore, they also used their combat skills to take out key targets, causing chaos and confusion among the empire's ranks.

The plan was working. The Faran Empire was becoming more and more unstable, and their attacks on Earth became less frequent and less organized.

Jeanne, Arthur, and Leo continued to lead the infiltration, creating more disruptions and weakening the empire from within.

After several months of this, the Faran Empire was in disarray. Their leadership was in shambles, and their military forces were in chaos. The Earthlings saw an opportunity and launched a massive attack on the empire's weakened forces.

The Farans were unable to mount a significant defense, and within a few weeks, they were defeated. During these few months, many lives had been lost, and the damage to their infrastructure was extensive.

But they were determined to rebuild and make a better world for themselves and future generations.

After hours of intense fighting, the Earthlings emerged victorious. The Faran Empire's fleet was decimated, and they were forced to retreat back to their own territory.

As for the Faran Empire, they were left in ruins. Their once-great civilization was now a shadow of its former self, and they were forced to surrender to the Earthlings.

This would have been the end of it if they were a normal civilization, but their stubbornness knew no limit. They decided to battle until their extermination. Jeanne would have never wanted that, but it happened.

In fact, the Earthling council disapproved of her decision, but since the three most powerful people of their civilization spoke highly of her and since the Faran Empire wouldn't stop until the bitter end, they had to accept it.

They also spread the information to their territories for their people to understand why they did this and know that they had won the war.

Suddenly, Emma received a hologram call from General Fulka, who had been tasked with dealing with the Shima Federation. Since the plan that Jeanne came up with had worked so well, they decided to use the same tactic to deal with them.

"President, we did it. We reached and captured the main planet of their civilization," he said.

Everyone was shocked, but soon there were smiles all around the table.

Jeanne, Arthur, and Leo were hailed as heroes and celebrated for their bravery and leadership. Their infiltration and disruption strategy had turned the tide of the war and saved the Earth from certain destruction.

They knew that the war had changed them forever, but they were proud to have fought for what they believed in and to have helped secure a better future for their people.

They were promoted to the highest ranks of the military and awarded numerous medals for their bravery and ingenuity. Jeanne and Arthur became Generals of an entire army, while Jeanne and Leo became Directors of an entire lab.
