REBIRTH AND REVENGE

Li Jing nodded, but she wasn't convinced. "Really?"

"What? Do you think I'm lying to you?" Xing Fei looked at Li Jing with a fake smile on her face.

Li Jing tilted her lips upward. "I didn't say that. Anyways, you seem close with that senior," Li Jing said, as she looked in Shi Xiang's direction.

Xing Fei followed her gaze, looking like a love-struck fool. "Oh, that. I met him here after playing a game." she said, trying to sound casual.

"Hmm, do you like him?" Li Jing blurted out. Studying her reaction, seeing her looking a bit flustered. She knew she hit a nail on the head.

Putting a strand of hair behind her ear, unintentionally revealing the tip of her ear which turned red, Xing Fei said, "What are you talking about?"

Li Jing suddenly forced out a laugh. "Haha, look at you. I was just messing with you and you fell for it."

"Ha," Xing Fei also forced out a laugh as well. "You're so silly."
