Li Na leaned forward, her eyes locked on Hao Tian's. "We appreciate that, Mr. Hao. But we also know the value of negotiation. Perhaps there's room to discuss a rate that benefits us all?"

Hao Tian's response was a grin. "I like your style. Let's crunch some numbers and find that sweet spot, shall we?"

After a fruitful discussion, Li Na and Gong Li emerged from Hao Tian's office. "You really know your stuff, Li Na," Gong Li remarked.

Li Na offered a modest smile. "You could say I have a gift." 

"I think so too."

As they strolled through the polished corridors of Empyrean Plaza, Gong Li's gaze swept over the storefronts. 

"Why don't we take a look at a few stores? Get a feel for the competition we'll be facing," she suggested, her tone light but her intent serious.

"Alright," Li Na agreed, her mind already analyzing potential strategies.
