No one knows how it started. Domestic animals began to go wild, reverting to their primal states and lashing out at their owners. Felicia Owens, CDC scientist in Los Angeles, was attacked out of the blue by her cat. Now, Felicia is fighting bouts of irritability, anger, and outright primal rage. When others begin acting in a similar way, Felicia realizes that she needs to figure out what’s going on and how to cure it before it’s too late. Maybe it already is.

Primal Instincts

“There is no way that we’re going to Singapore,” Sebastian said in an adamant tone. 


“Sebastian, we need to do this,” Felicia replied. 


“No, we don’t! You want to travel halfway across the world to try and find a guy that might not even be there. He could be dead.” 


“But what if he’s not? What if he’s still alive? Sebastian, if he’s alive and we can find him, do you realize how much he would be able to help us? We know that it’s Nickleby who tried to kill him. Sabine talked about going to the media, and at first, I thought that it wouldn’t work, but we have Brian’s blogger friend, and the news media covered Fujikawa’s disappearance, so if they got wind that he resurfaced, it would go around like wildfire.” 


“Felicia, for so long I’ve been following your word, trusting you on things, but this is where I draw the line. If you’re going to Singapore, then you’re going to be going alone.” 


The statement caused Sebastian to raise an eyebrow. “Fine?”
