Chapter Twenty one
The Christmas holiday wasn't as I expected. Mom and Dad both went for a Christmas retreat that was conducted by our church as for my Aunty, she has traveled to spend her holiday at the village. At ease, I won't have anyone to boss me around. I was just left with my elder sister Tolu who just came home yesterday.
It was quite unusual that Sister Tolu gained more weight, and I also noticed some changes in her. She was feeling fatigued and was always craving food.
I tried finding out for her but she merely said she was sick.
One morning, I went into her room to get some stuff. My eyes caught sight of the medication on the table, I immediately picked it up. I couldn't believe my eyes when I discovered it was an abortion pill. I took away the drug, looking forward to the best time to talk to her about it. perhaps I am going to hear some fairy tale, I knew she would surely tell lies she had always lived to please Mom. Tolu had never talked to or introduced her boyfriend to us because Mom finds it ungodly.
I went back to my room, I sat at the edge of my bed expecting her to ask me about it.
A few moments later, Tolu rushed into my room
"k did you see my drugs?
" yeah but no" I replead
"Be serious, will you"
"of course I am. yes, I did see some drugs in Your room but I don't think it's yours"I said sarcastically".
"stop kidding, can I have them"
"no sis, I will not let you terminate an innocent child. You have to keep the baby"
"What are you talking about?
"I may know nothing about it, but I know my sister is a decent lady please you can talk to Mom and Dad about this or bring your boyfriend home. Please don't get rid of it".
On hearing this, Tolu broke down. She cried
"Kira, Mom will kill me "
"you are a grown ass, is time you make your own decisions and not let mom boss you around. Bring your boyfriend to Dad and everything will be right. Don't terminate the baby".
I was very proud of myself, for how I could protect my loved one despite being younger than them.
I have grown to make the right decision for myself, thanks to my sugar daddy who had always been my chancellor

Mr. Ajayi was baffled immediately after he met Timi on his arrival.
"what are you doing here," he asked in dismay
"welcome home Dad "Jimi who was running down the stairs welcomed his father. Mr Ajayi was more angry with Jimi "What's going on here Jimi?
"Dad Timi is back for good he is changed for good"
"you are kidding me, right? He immediately turned to Timi "Get out of my house boy"
"Dad if Timi leaves I will go with him"
"Jimi is that a joke or what?
"No Dad it's a promise, am promising to leave this house if Timi leaves. He was bad all because of you. He went into drugs just for you to see him also but you were just busy seeing his wrong you never saw his efforts why? You never noticed how much he tried to be that perfect person you wanted".
Timi broke down, and he cried. He had hated Jimi out of jealousy but The same Jimi was standing up for him he couldn't help but cry.
"dear can we take a rest? Mrs Ajayi said as she tried to calm her husband who was so much angry with Jimi.
"rest? He walked closely to Jimi and smacked his face "How dare you challenge my older son" It has been a long time since he last hit Jimi. Jimi on the other hand went calm.
"Dad you used to be a lovely dad so lovely what happened? Why so much hostility? He is your son too " Jimi turns to his mother "Mom talk to him, please!
A few moments tardily, Mrs. Ajayi was seen placing her hand on her husband's chin gently which was a big turn-on to him. After a while, the boys saw them kissing passionately.
"bullshit! They are always like this " Jimi laminated.
"that's how she gets what she wants, he is going to do what she wants after that powerful kiss. This is what the power of a woman looks like"Timi said sarcastically.
Truly, Timi was right he changed his mind by letting Timi stay. Mom, what spell is this? Jimi wanted to ask. Remembering Kira he concluded that love was the most powerful spell.
