CHAPTER 5

Mato left his father's room and then when he was just about to enter his room her heard footsteps then it to a halt and voices followed.

"Stop following me,I told you it wasn't me".a voice said.

"Oh it wasn't you?You know you can lie to Harry but not to me?".another voice replied Mato recognized the voice as Percy's but who was she talking to?

"I know Rudolph stole the yang jade my brother gave you so you say but you gave it to his sister and Rudolph took it from his sister who you gave it to as a token of friendship. My brother gave you a priceless jade and you gave it to your friend.Are you nuts?".Percy shouted.

"How did you know".The other person whispered.

"Just one of my numerous abilities".Percy let out a chuckle.

"What do you want?".Ther was silence then a giggle followed.

"Leave my brother alone, don't talk to him, avoid him,when he whenever he tries to talk to you. Do you understand?".

"Why would I do that?Who are you to tell me that?".

"Then,probably I should tell him the truth about the jade".

"Tell him about it. I don't care".the other voice said surely irritated.

"You shouldn't be snarling when he knows about it already. We have the same ability of seeing people's past it was passed down from mom,the only difference is that he only see pieces of the past but I see everything. So I will just tell him everything ".With that she walked away.The other person also left after a while, Mato entered his room he removed his clothes and slept without thinking about what happened.

"My son, wake up".a voice said, it wasn't the voice of his father or of anyone he knew, it was a woman's voice.

"My son, I came for you, are you awake?We need to leave now, your father can't save you, his opponent has thousands of allies so please follow me".The woman kept blabbing despite the fact that he didn't open his eyes. After a while, she opened his hand and dropped a cold substance in it.

"If you need me or the war gets too tough just open it, I'll be here".In a flash, her presence was no longer felt.

Mato opened his eyes and checked his surroundings, he opened his hand there was nothing in it.He was sure it wasn't just a dream it was more than that but there's no chain or anything in his hands. He regulated his energy and his energy stopped flowing as soon as he got to his waist. How is that even possible?despite the fact that he needs to open more spirit channels in order to let his energy flow to his feet,his energy flow regulates to almost part of his body why is it stopping below his waist. Mato felt that something was wrong so he decided to cultivate in order to open more spirit channels.

While cultivating, he ruminated over the things that happened during the day then he remembered that he overheard Percy and someone talking about a jade probably the yin and yang jade which is the only one in Mampi or probably they're two. It seems the person he was talking to was the thief. It was obvious but he doesn't have the time for that, he was about to open his 51st spirit channel which is the hardest, his dad told him that Harry was the youngest person who opened his 100th meridian where as there are only 193 spirit meridians, his dad only opened his 160th meridian, if Harry could open his 100th meridian when he was 19,by now he would have opened his 110th meridian that means he's already a spirit warrior.Woah!while he's still a true warrior.

He put all his thoughts away and concentrated soon a halo like lightning surrounded him. He has three elemental attributes;fire,water and lightning apart from that he has a lot of abilities. Finally, he broke his 51st meridian without meditating fully. he started meditating again soon he broke his 60th meridian in just one night. 'How is that even possible?does this place have a spirit water or a spirit chord which helps break many spirit channels he just has 1 more meridian to become a true dark warrior'. Probably he should cultivate more then he felt a crack thunderbolts started shooting out of his palm. He had push himself overboard it only means he won't be able to open more spirit channels until he's healed because some of his spirit channels are broken.

He fell on the floor and groaned, he had broken one of the flower vases in the room his body look burnt then he regulated his energy flow then his body came back to normal but his spirit channels were still damaged. He stood up,the sun was already out he knew his father and King Hermes would already be talking about about the man and maybe the loud man from yesterday. He opened the bathroom door and took a warm bath. He got into his robe and walked out of his room. He strode through the hall and walked into Percy.

"My lady".Mato greeted,he decided to be formal with her.

"Ohps!it's the jerk".Percy said as if she was talking to someone else. "Morning to you crown prince".she bowed and left as soon as she bowed.

'What's up with her'.Mato thought probably she knew he heard her yesterday but why would he bother. He moved towards the dining hall and met his father eating alone. He bowed then sat down to eat.

"We're leaving the day after tomorrow".his dad said as soon as he was done with his food and he left before Mato could ask any questions.

Mato stood up also and walked towards the palace court just then Harry showed up and patted his back but retreated as soon as his hands touched Mato.

"You have a spirit shell with you". Harry said.

"What?what are you talking about?".Mato asked while Harry spread his hands all over Mato then he retreated again.

"It's below your waist".Harry said and Mato brought out a shell from his waist. He didn't see it when he was taking his bath so how did it get there probably it explained why his energy couldn't flow below his waist then suddenly he remembered the cold substance and the woman in his dream. She didn't drop a chain she dropped a shell.

A spirit shell means sorcery which is prohibited in Mampi kingdom. Mato looked at Harry and smiled awkwardly.

"Does this mean death?".Mato whispered.

"If you would hide it immediately I could cover up for you. I guess you're leaving tomorrow maybe we'll catch up in the evening just us".with that Harry left. Mato hid the shell and left the vicinity making a mental note to meet Percy as soon as he reaches the chamber hall.
