Extra 04 Facts about Demon History

Demon History started when a very rare case of seven worlds merged with each other. Since the beginning of time, the highest number of worlds merging are three worlds, which ended up in the extinction of the species in the weaker two worlds while the strongest world was left with only a breath in its ecosystem.

The merging of the seven worlds was very chaotic, but as the seven worlds fought with each other, halflings from each native civilization were born and propagated, thus, achieving fake harmony and peace. The undercurrents of the merged worlds are still murky.

The halflings are much better than the first-generation natives of the worlds as they have inherited the best of both worlds, at the expense of their appearance. They were able to travel between the merging worlds and adapt to the foreign environment, thus, the governments supported having halflings. Still, they were secretly vying for supremacy over the seven worlds.

Over time, the worlds finally merged completely and formed seven layers, with one halfling race specifically thriving in each layer. However, the mix of more and more blood made them unable to use the abilities of the seven worlds. And they came to a conclusion. Pure bloods are important.

If before, everyone fought for territory, now, they fought to monopolize the pure bloods in their own layer to secure the future of their kind.

Quick-witted halfling tribes that have knowledge of dimensional travel sought out a different method to preserve their species: invasion in other worlds.

Yes, since the seven layers came to be as a result of worlds merging, why can't they find other worlds to plunder?

As soon as this method was revealed to the higher ups of each halfling tribe, they eased their infighting and went to look for close world to invade.

The seven layers' halflings began to be locusts that attacked and invaded weaker worlds in return for resources and pure bloods. Of course, they have different methods of invasion.

One halfling tribe that specializes in dreams manipulated the higher ups of a world's civilization to submit. What followed was peaceful usurpation and handover of the manpower to the halfling tribe.

Another tribe, however, forcefully humiliated a popular figure in another world's society and ordered them to submit, walking the path of tyranny and power.

There was one world that was so tempting to the halflings that all seven layers cooperated with taking it down before dividing the spoils, which, of course, failed.

The tempting world was inhabited by humanoids that have wings, which are more popular by the term of angels. There were also halfling tribes with wings called Harpies, but these angels are more popular to the tribes due to their magnificent appearance and beauty.

But the angels disdained the appearance of the (pixelated) halflings tribes. They also refused to submit and showed battle power that rivaled that of the battle-hardened tribes. The war between the two worlds lasted for several centuries. It ended with the angels' triumph and drove away the halfling tribes.

As the victor of war, the angels tried to investigate the origins of the mysterious ugly creatures that tried to make them submit. They then learned all the terrorizing acts of the halflings tribes, so the angels called them demons, bringer of evil and calamity.

It began the animosity of the demons and the angels.

Demons call angels as self-righteous birdbrains while angels call demons as evil and ugly spawns. Due to this insult, the demons tried all means to make themselves more beautiful, which was laughed at by the angels, saying that ugly things can never be naturally beautiful.

The failure to invade the angel's world Heaven was a big stain in the history of the demon's world named Abyss.

There were some cases of a halfling born out of a demon and an angel's secretive affairs, but they are incredibly rare.

As demons have managed to overcome the limits of their physical bodies just to have children rom another species, they have incredibly advanced methods of conceiving children. They can also control their fertility and are masters of changing appearances. They are also proficient in traversing through dimensions and have mastered the abilities of different worlds.
