Shibai couldn't believe that he had been weakened by mere mortals

"This isn't real, I don't believe it"

Suddenly, Boruto returned to his normal form, however, he still had Karma and Jougan activated

 "What is it, have I reached the limit of this power?"  he thought

"Hahahaha I see your luck has run out, now none of you can defeat me" Shibai said

"Don't be so sure, the last joint attack weakened you enough that even in this state I can defeat you" Boruto said with a smirk

Next to Boruto stood Kawaki and Toneri

"We'll have one chance to beat him, let's not waste it."

"Of course.  Kage Bushin No Jutsu!" Boruto created several of his clones, one of the clones created a Rasengan and hit the ground with it creating a smokescreen

"Do you really think something like this would work on me?"  Shibai shot a beam from his hand dispelling the smoke and was surprised when no one was there. "Where have they gone?"

Suddenly God Otsutsuki sensed something and dodged Boruto's attack, Shibai quickly pierced him through and as it turned out it was a blond clone

"Another one," he stated as Boruto's body disappeared in a puff of smoke after the attack

Another Boruto clone attacked from behind, Shibai sensed him and, turning around, cut the clone in half  "Is that everyone?"

Unexpectedly, another clone jumped out of the ground hitting Shibai in the jaw, then forming a stream of air in his hand, he put it against Otsutsuki's torso, throwing him a long distance.  Before Shibai regained his balance, Kawaki appeared next to him and cut off his other arm

 "Cursed worm"

Boruto formed a Rasengan in his hand, which was getting bigger by the moment.  Shibai wanted to move, but Toneri paralyzed one of his techniques.

"Take it.  Chou Odama Rasengan!"

 "You can't defeat me, I am God!"

After being hit with a huge Rasengan, Shibai's body slowly began to crack and disintegrate

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"  Boruto increased the remnants of his forces to the maximum, a moment later Shibai was completely destroyed

After defeating God Otsutsuki, Boruto retracted Karma and turned off Jougan, then fell to the ground exhausted, after a while the rest of the group ran to him

 "Boruto/Boruto-kun!"

"Well done, you defeated God Otsutsuki himself," Toneri praised

"It was amazing, Boruto, when we get back I want you to fight with me," Natsu said excitedly

"Idiot, he'd smash you with one finger," Gray scolded his friend and rival

"Okay, I'd love to fight you

Boruto wanted to get up, but then he felt his whole body ache "Damn, everything hurts"

Naruto walked over to his son and helped him up, grabbing Boruto's arm

"Tou-san?"

 "You did great, I'm proud of you."

 "Thanks," Boruto looked at Kawaki  "Kawaki?"

 "Since Momoshiki is gone and you can control this power, I have no reason to kill you"

 "Good to know"

 "I guess it's time to go back"

Boruto used his Karma to open a portal and they all moved back to the Fiore capital
