A few days have passed since Boruto defeated Shibai when they all returned to the capital, Boruto and Kawaki despite their protests were forced to go to the hospital to treat their injuries.  Boruto woke up early in the morning, the sun had just risen, his torso, right arm and forehead were wrapped in a bandage

 "How long do they make me stay here"  thought the annoyed blonde

Suddenly, the door to the hall opened, Boruto looked in that direction and saw Hinata

 "Okaa-san"

 "Boruto, how are you?"

 "Getting better"

A few moments later, Kawaki woke up as well, moments before the nurse entered the room

 "Okay, Kawaki-san, you can leave."

 "Great"

Boruto wasn't happy with the fact that Kawaki could already leave the hospital  "What?  It's not fair why can't I leave too?"

 "Since your injuries are serious Boruto-san, you will be able to leave the hospital in a few days"

Boruto muttered something under his breath

Kawaki quickly put on his clothes and headed towards the door before he left giving Boruto a mischievous smirk "Good luck" after which he left the room

 "Damn bastard"

 A few minutes later, Naruto and Sasuke entered the room "Yo Boruto"

 "Tou-san, sensei"

 "Listen Boruto, your mother, me and Sasuke will return to our dimension.  You will stay here for some time yet"

 Boruto frowned  "Why?"

This time Sasuke spoke  "When I was in our dimension, I noticed that Eida's technique gradually stopped working.  Some may think you're innocent, but there are still people who believe you killed Naruto"

 "That's why we'll go home first, to explain the whole situation to everyone calmly, when everything is clear, I'll contact you through my toad" explained Naruto

Boruto didn't like the idea too much but agreed to it

 "Well, we have to go, rest and see you later"

After bidding farewell to Boruto Naruto, Sasuke and Hinata went outside, and Naruto summoned Gamakichi, who carried the three of them to Mount Myouboku and then to Konoha.
