Let Me Tell You Something

Of course, both Ayse and LaRee had already stuffed their mouths with skython meat. The seductive scent was more than enough to entice them. Begging and asking wasn't necessary.

"Viz iz AMAVING!" LaRee howled in excitement through the growing mass of meat in his mouth.

Baloo didn't know what the tribal man was saying. However, watching LaRee clean the plate better than a vacuum cleaner, Baloo felt the incomparable thrill of satisfaction for the first time in his life.

"Shit!" Ayse cried out. He was batting his eyes while savoring his first few bites. "This is good!"

"Really!? I only have basic seasonings like salt and pepper, other than some herbs I've found and grown over the years." Baloo's huge frame was shaking from overwhelming enthusiasm. "Maybe I can ask my favorite manager to sneak me some more spices–"

"How strong are your owners?"

That sudden shift in subject caught the reptilian man off guard. "W-why do you ask?"
