Fleeing a noble house, illegitimate daughter Tiffaney runs away to a place where no noble can reach her.  Limited in her available options she decides to brave the most forsaken land in the whole empire, the villainous house of Dyne.   Hoping for asylum, she finds herself swept up by the current head of house Lady Dyne, Mad Scientist.  Adopted as heir, how will a girl survive her new insane mother, living in a deadly deathtrap of a home?

While the rescue operation was underway, heir Dyne had been battered by a very large earthen spike.

Tiffaney groaned as she felt like she went head-to-head with high explosives. Though intact, she was sure to have bruises soon. Rolling and dumbly standing after the battering, she tried to see straight for a moment before she could get her head back on her shoulders. Seeing that she was still standing the lord forced herself to calm down. To do her best she needed to fight first and save her daughter second if she did her best the danger to her daughter would go down.

Mabey if Lord Dyne pulled her eye lashes out one by one, she could convince herself to act like that.

Moving forward she took a running leap vaulting high and using her mass like a wreaking ball drove hard for the steward. Instinctively avoiding it, there was a very unpleasant feeling that awaited the steward if he was caught that made him frantic to not stay nearby.
