Ella was drove home even when she insisted the driver to dropped her off in the street before her house, but the driver was so stubborn until he drove to her house and dropped her, opening the car door for her to step out.

"Thanks" Ella uttered before walking to her house door step.

She opened the door to her house and entered, who met her mum and her bestie in the sitting room.

She took a step forward, while her mum gave her a looks she doesn't interpret.

"Ella, how did you do it." Her mum said looking happy though, but also frown at the same time.

"What do you mean mum?." Ella replied confused not getting a hint of what Mrs Sarah was talking about.

ELLA

"Don't tell me you didn't know the CEO of your restaurant cleared off all our house rent bills, some of the bills we owned and he said we're moving out of here soon." Mum said as she explained which got me to realized that, Mr Wilson fulfilled his promise and even went beyond to what he promised me.

I stepped forward gaining into the sitting room and walked to mum where she seated, then I knelt down before her.

"I'm so sorry mum that i didn't tell you all this, but whatever I am about to tell you now, is the best thing for me to do as a daughter for you and I." Ella said faking a smiles.

"What's that, I don't understand all of this Ella." Her mum said softly.

"Mum I'm a wife to Wilson family now." I blurted out waiting for Mum's reactions.

"What!." Mum yelled fuming.

"I'm so sorry mum but I have to do this, I don't wanna lose you, since all what dad did was to abandoned us." I said almost in tears but composed myself.

"Why did you have to force yourself to marry someone you barely knew nothing about because of money Ella, I know I'm not a good mother and I know how helpless we are, but this is not the next thing to do Ella." Mum said crying while Kate crawled to my side kneeling next to me.

"No mum, I promise I'm happy with my decision and I know the Wilson's son I'm getting married to, we've been friends for a year now. So you need nothing to worry about mum, I promise." Ella said wiping her Mum's tears.

"I know you're not happy about the marriage, And you never mentioned having a male friend to me talk less of even being a friend to Wilson's son." Mum said burst in tears again.

"Please mum. Believe me, I just want us to be happy especially for your health, Mr Wilson promised to help me pay your bills for the surgery that will make you fine and never get sick again, this is a huge favor, so making the decision to marry the family isn't really bad as far you're fine for me." Ella said hugging her mum crying while Kate was in tears too.

"Mrs Racheal, what Ella said is true. Your health matters to her since father abandoned you for her, you're the only one she has gotten. losing you is not gonna be easy for her. please just pray and have believe in her and the family she's choosing for her life time." Kate said convincingly.

"Are you happy?, please let me know or we return their favor back to them." Mum said not knowing I signed the contract for the marriage already.

"I promise you mum, I'm happy with my decision." I said forcing a smile.

"I'm so proud of you." Mum said hugging me with tears.

"Don't cry mum, we supposed to be smiling, no debt or bills to worry about for now and you'll be fine and strong enough for me now." I said and smiled hugging my mum while Kate joined us as we all hugged together in tears.

"So, where did you go to this morning?." Mum asked as we disengaged from the hug.

"I went to the Wilson's mansion to meet him." I replied as I pretended to sounds like I'm okay but deep down I'm not fine or happy with all this but I'm helpless with no choice.

"Okay." Mum said sadly, I know she's not happy.

"Come on mum." I said rubbing her hand.

JFK AIRPORT NEW YORK

Richard's flight just landed to JFK airport in New York where the different medias and press agencies with their cameras running to welcome the young richest businessman in New York.

"They rushed to him with cameras and microphones, conducting interviews and press conferences by asking different questions:

"We got the information you're signing a big contract that cost a huge millions of dollar but only if you're married, is that positive? and are you married to sign for the contract?." Some of the pressed asked as they were pushing themselves to reach Richard while Richard's bodyguards keeping guarding him and pushing them backwards, stopping them from reaching him or pushed him.

"Please tell us something about or behind your success sir." One of the press media said.

"Is it true you're into men not woman or probably gay and all sort of that?." One asked that got Richie annoyed but he relaxed and kept his calm as he walked to the press lady.

He signal his bodyguards to give him chance to answer the questions.

"I'm getting married, the wedding invitations will be out soon." He said smiling revealing his cute dimples while this pushed on more further questions but before the press media could reach him again his bodyguards guarded him to the latest Chevrolet Cameron 2023 as he hopped in then they zoomed out of the airport with three cars full of his bodyguards driving behind his car.

They drove straight to the Wilson's mansion(Richard's father).

The car door was opened for him while he stepped out and walked straight inside the big house.

He got inside meeting his stepmom and his stepsister in the large sitting room. He greeted his stepmom coldly, while Jessica, his stepsister rushed to him and hugged him.

"Hey bro, never knew you would come today." Jessica said smiling showing her white set of teeth.

"Yeah, I thought you travelled to Paris huh?." Richie said as smiled softly to her.

that's the second person that makes him smile after his best friend Drake. He loves them and always feel free to smile and talk to them.

"Yeah, but was back because of your marriage with an unknown girl father chose for you." Jessica said rolling her eyes.

"Haha, that old man is just not going to kill me." Richard said laughing as he walked towards the stairs.

"I watched the news just now, those press media are so annoying, wtf is gay." Jessica said annoyingly as she watched the news about the airport press conference with her stepbrother whom one of the press asked if he's a gay and whatever.

"Where's father?." Richard asked not replying his beloved stepsister on the topic about the news.

"He's in his study room bro." Jessica replied smiling, she just loves her stepbrother than her brother Desmond which always get their mother mad at her but she never stopped loving her stepbrother even with the looks her mother always given her.

Richard strode upstairs walking to his dad's office room, while he knocked before entering.

He entered and met his father checking through some papers with his glasses 👓 in his eyes.

"Hi father." He said coldly as he walked to him taking his seat.

"Welcome back my son. I watched the news, now you see reasons why I chose a girl for you to marry to shut those haters and the rumors about you." Father said and I see some points in what he said.

"Yes sir, you told me to meet the lady today." I said calmly.

"She'll be here soon. my driver went to pick her from her house, she was here earlier but I asked her to go back home to rest until you're back." Father said while I nodded thinking about the whole things.

I got a call from Mr Wilson that a driver is coming to pick me as his son is back to the state while I rushed to my room, took my bath and wore something nice.

After some minutes while I was with mum and Kate in the small sitting room since Kate didn't go to work so I asked her to stay with my mum until am back from the Wilson's mansion.

A knock came from the door while I stood up to opened and see who was there.

I opened and met the driver in his suit again, yeah I can recognized him since it wasn't the first seeing him.

He walked in and greeted politely while he faced me.

"I was ask to pick you ma'am." He said politely while I nodded telling him to wait for me in the car.

"I'm leaving mum, I'll be back soon." I said as I walked to her and pecked her forehead before hugging Kate too, then I bade them good bye before walking out of the house and to the car.

The driver ignited the engine and took off to the Wilson's mansion.

The car came to a halt while I stepped out of the car hurriedly before the driver would stepped out to open the door for me.

I was led to the door while I walked in to meet the Wilson's families.

They all were in the dining room, sitting with foods on the table but I guess they were waiting for me as non of them were eating.

There, I could see Mr Wilson, then a woman in her early 50 that I guessed to be the mother, then a young beautiful girl of my age in her 22 looking pretty.

then also the elder son Desmond that came with father to the restaurant I worked for as a waitress then lastly a young good looking guy like a Demi god, who looked so cold but too cute.

But honestly I haven't seen a guy so so good looking as he is who I guess to be in his 28.

I looked them round, while I walked gently to them bowing a little.

"Greetings to you all." I greeted sounding boldly though I was nervous, shy and not comfortable but I was born to be bold that's why I was the best student in high school even in college.

"Welcome to the Wilson's family my dear." Mr Wilson greeted as he smiled.

"Please come have a sit, you're the one we're waiting for." He said looking so happy to see me.

While I walked to the empty chair he gestured me to be seated close to the handsome Demi gods.

"Please let's eat before we get down to the purpose of this dinner today." Mr Wilson said smiling.

I bowed a little before sitting while everyone started eating, and the Wilson's wife was giving me a hard glare and same goes to the elder son, Desmond and the girl at my age was just stealing a glance at me but the Demi gods siting next to me never even looked up as he focused on his food, looking cold as ever.

After we all were done eating, the maids packed the plates to the kitchen while everyone stood up to the large sitting room as I followed.

We all took our sit, Then the old Mr Wilson cleared his voice to say something.

"I'm glad to inform you guys about my new daughter in-law of the heir of Wilson family." He said smiling, Then he continued.

"Meet Annabella, Richard's wife to be." He said as he introduced me to them while I stood up and bowed giving the best of me to show my respect for them.

"Welcome to the family dear, we're glad to meet you and accept you as the daughter in law and a wife of our beloved son Richard, I'm Mrs Rebecca Wilson, the mother to your husband to be and this is his elder brother Desmond the first child of the Wilson, then that is Jessica the only daughter and last born of the Wilson." Mrs Rebecca that just introduced herself as the mother and wife to the Wilson said as she introduced the family to me smiling while I got confused as she glare at me earlier now she's acting nice, definitely something is fishy because I don't think she's happy about this along with Desmond the elder son of the Wilson's.

"Thank you ma'am." I said politely smiling a little while she stretched her arm for hug while I stood up to hug her.
