Akagi Masahiko, a 24 year old sous chef at his father's restaurant suffers from a very traumatic past and is now unable to enjoy the things he likes. When his mother abandoned him, he was raised by his relatives in near destitute situation as they're poor. Which resulted in toxic treatment to him by his relatives. Then his girlfriend, who is also his childhood friend, cheated on him. His Optimistic and enthusiastic personality, his world full of joy, dreams and hope, all perish. He struggles to put aside his depression and anxiety, he is affraid to try again, fearing for the despair thats haunts him.
After slowly recovering from his past, everything about him changed. Yet, there are still some people who is cheering for him, and someone wants to fill the void in his heart. But the biggest challenge for him is to learn to accept people in his life again.
He tries to find happiness again, yet holds back due to his mental issues that's tearing him apart.

My life's only Lover

Before I leave, I picked up her hand and hold it, and have it hover in front of my mouth. I lightly pressed my lips on it, delicately kissing her hand as I look at her eyes. Watching as her expression slowly lits up with joy and how it formed into a genuine smile. The sweet and affectionate love I saw on her eyes made my heart skip a beat. 


I want to stay for much longer, but unlike me who had alot of time on my plate. She does needs to rest, I know she's tired. 


"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow~" I calmly said. 


"You're leaving already?" She worriedly asked. 


"Yeah, that's all I came here for. Besides, I dont want to bother you, I know your tired and you need some rest." 


"You're not bothering me at all, I've longed for a moment like this. At least stay for a while and let us enjoy the evening together!" She reasons. 


She sounds keen on having me for a while, which makes me feel happy.
