Being the only one who saw the corpse, Nika hurriedly closed the door and held her breath until the foul stench emanating from the corpse dissipated. It hadn't been that long since her last meal and just the sight of the decaying corpse was more than she would have liked to endure. She wasn't by any means a squeamish person and had seen more than her fair share of corpses, but for some reason she felt sick in her stomach.

"Why did you do that? There might be clues inside." Luna asked.

"I only took a peek inside, but that was enough. Besides, there was a message that said to close the door... in Uriel's handwriting." Nika turned to Uriel with an expectant gaze, but he just shrugged in reply.
