The Mayan ceremonial dagger had an inscription in the ancient language that read: "Offer thy heart". It's obviously an instruction left by the past inhabitants of this forgotten place, but who would be stupid enough to stab himself in the heart with a rusty old knife found inside a tombstone?

After activating my battery pack the dagger shimmers brightly in a cyan light, the creatures are coming, I can hear their steps.

To say Uriel's plan was offensive to his friends would be an understatement. Especially on Nika's case who felt insulted by his comment about the coloring book, though inwardly she wished she had one to pass the time instead of looking at stones on the ground. But Medusa felt offended for a different reason.

"Why are you saying we should only try the mechanisms you point out and not the ones we identified? You always dismiss us like we don't know what we're doing." Medusa narrowed her eyes, both giving him a chance to rethink his suggestion or to prepare for the consequences.

"I think the same, we should try and activate the ones that reference to cryptids." Luna commented.

"No, that's not a good idea. We don't need any cryptids to show up." Medusa replied.
