The Mayan ceremonial dagger had an inscription in the ancient language that read: "Offer thy heart". It's obviously an instruction left by the past inhabitants of this forgotten place, but who would be stupid enough to stab himself in the heart with a rusty old knife found inside a tombstone?

After activating my battery pack the dagger shimmers brightly in a cyan light, the creatures are coming, I can hear their steps.

The end is coming

With Sam leaving the place, those who remained were left in an awkward position after Gertrude was thrown away by Sam. They didn't know if they were prisoners or if they were allowed to leave, and the only way to know for sure was to actually attempt to leave, though no one wanted to be the first to try.

This issue was easily fixed by Luna, who grabbed an unsuspecting Mark and performed a flawless Aikido throw which was impressive considering she did not know any martial arts.

"It's safe." Luna informed after Mark flew by after crashing through a window.

Everyone exited the library leaving a very confused goddess of fate behind who had a hard time wrapping her head around the fact that Sam had pushed her away like she was nothing. He had potential, but in this current point in time he was supposed to be no bigger threat to her than any other holy rank hunter.
