Chapter 70: Fu Xien’s Whereabouts

**Shorter chapters for now. Tarkov and editing taking too much time.**

While on our date doing stupid things, Rita and I encountered Luna in a bad state. She was out of breath and looking for both of us. Her finding us together on a date didn't make her any less stressed. She was huffing and puffing after she stopped us and then started to stutter at the sight of us.

"You're on a date!" Luna's voice cracked with a mix of disbelief and anger, her eyes narrowing as she glared at Rita.

"A man can date and marry more than one girl. Being too possessive will lead him to date another girl, Luna!" Rita said, standing over Luna.

My monsters were all disgusted by me except for Mariette. Who apparently approves of my situation. Is she also disgusted? Is she getting some type of satisfaction from watching two girls fight?

"Now, now, Luna ran all around to find us. Let's at least hear what she put so much effort into." I said nervously.

"Sephker, the women are talking such now," Rita said angrily, addressing her words to Sephker. She then returned to her conversation with Luna.

I hate being weak. I wish I had a stronger constitution with the stats to back it up. Is there anything I can do to make them stop bickering? I racked my mind but was interrupted.

"Wow, that was a pathetic attempt, master. Where is your confidence in yourself? You command monsters that are far superior in strength. Trust me, draw the next card. Do it and pull the next card." Mariette said, weirdly urging me. I am not sure why, but I did what she demanded.

I drew a card, and a new face appeared: The Hated Man, Falvalvizer. I felt scared in a way. No, scared is too strong of a word to describe my feelings. It would have to be more like the word, unnerving. He looks evil, but it seems like he has some class to him.

"Sephker, I have calmed down. Luna refuses to talk to me directly. Figure out what happened." Rita said, walking away to sit on a bench. Well, that was a weird thing to say.

"It is because of that devil you drew. He is someone you shouldn't summon unless you are truly in a dire situation." Mariette said with a big frown. That will be Noted. Now, time to talk to Luna. I walk closer to Luna, who is wiping tears away. Did they end the fight after she cried? That pisses me off to no end. Aren't they supposed to be friends?

I wiped a bit of her tears. This action made her have a bitter sweet smile. I love to see her smile, just not in this situation.
