Lying down on the hardwood floor of the ship, as it swayed and buckled with each crashing wave, I somehow found it relaxing, as the cold sea breeze crossed over my nose, continuing its course throughout the world.

I thought about how peaceful this moment was and my hopes of becoming strong enough to protect everyone I love. My heart still ached for the sacrifice of that man, Shamot. I never got to know him, but he saved my life, and that's a debt I have yet to repay.

I resolved to figure out a way to handle the Demons and their stability with immortality. They must have a weakness. I've seen and watched enough shows in my lifetime to know that everyone is beatable.

I mean, he had the #4 etched on his wing, after all, which means there are others stronger than him who can defeat him. So even if I can't kill him, finding a way to subdue someone of his power is also a viable route to take.
