Chapter 12 - Flooding Vision - Part 5

Standing at the entrance of the cave, I'm left in shock. It feels as if my mind had been turned to mush, the moment stretching on like a lifetime, yet only a second has passed.

I wonder if this distorted vision is caused by an external force or stress-induced.

The black entity and the white one called me different names.

Taking a moment to compose myself, I eventually come to the resolution that there's nothing I can do about this now. I continue deeper into the cave, heading towards the glowing light.

The cave grows narrower, and I notice a small statue with a curvature. It's where a half-crescent orb could fit, but none is present. The statue emits a simple blue aura.

Deciding to inspect it, I place my hand on the surface where the light had been shining. Upon contact, I feel a surge of pain from my chest. In an instant, a half-crescent orb is ripped out of my chest, blood spraying everywhere, leaving a hole in my chest.
