After Tik's attempted assassination of the 1st Lord, and his failed attempt to consume his soul, he began his plan to ensure the Demon King was ready for his arrival.

With Tik depleting his stash of demons while trying to kill the 1st Lord, his motives shifted to collecting the souls of the weak and sending them back to the Demon King to weaken the barrier.

As Tik spent many months traveling with Damien/Luciel, he would disappear at long intervals to collect the souls of nearby townspeople and assist demons in disguise.

His proudest moment was getting a demon into the clerical ranks, which allowed Damien to escape suspicion about the mark signifying he was free from being a demon.
