Chapter 14 – Observer's Eyes – Part 1  

Picking myself off the ground after taking the hit from the Demon, I curse to myself, stating there must be a solution or weakness.

"There has to be another level I can reach," I think aloud, frustration etching my voice. Letting my thoughts drift, I hear a huge explosion that shakes the ground. Looking over my shoulder, I see the entire ocean frozen in place and a gigantic explosion mixed with black and purple.

As I see hundreds of Demons heading towards us, running along the Frozen Orange water, clarity comes to me.

"Maybe I don't have the power yet to do everything alone, but I can make do with what I have," I mutter, determination ringing in my words.

"Naps?! Are you there?" I call out, hoping for a response.

No response.

"Come on Naps, I know you gotta be around here somewhere, or did you finally go away somewhere?" I ask, a mix of annoyance and concern in my voice.
