Chapter 17
After I have explained everything to Lucrane to hwat transfer here in this tower when she was gone, we then moved towards the 1st floor using the [Transmission Point].
As we arrived there, the two of us then discern the surrounding area for any anomaly or something might be hiding in-between the vicinity.
"Does it roam around area, or stay in the same area?"
"The alpha? I don't know, it just pops out of nowhere like a ghost. But for the pack, they mostly scout the area as we sometimes or oftenly spot them when we are hunting"
"Is that so"
After that small exchange, we then proceed forward. Walking down the thick forest, the area seems to be peaceful, well I know it was really a peaceful place, but when those {Wolves} shows hostility against me and Yoichi, I was expecting them to great us with warm welcome by the time we got here but it seems I was mistaken
"This is strange"
I concernly spoke
"How so?"
"I was expecting them to wait here or ambush us on our way but for some reason, they are quite in low key and I don't know why"
"That alpha is just sharp I guess"
"Hmmm?"
As I glance towards Lucrane, she was wearing this daring smile that is expressing her pleasure.
"Sharp? Do you mean that guy got scared after it senses you here?"
"Might be, but if that alpha did, then it has my compliment for its aburpt decision to throw away its ego for the safety of its pack"
Right after that, the two of us then continued moving forward.
And hour or so as we walked the deep forest, we didn't even meet once neither stumbled on them by surprise as those {Gray Wolves} suddenly, or seemingly just vanished.
"Should we try going at their base? They might be there"
Lucrane then nodded, agreeing to my proposal. After we have agreed where to go next, we then move on.

"..... So not even here ha"
I stated as we arrived at the base where this {Gray Wolves} were being summoned, but what we saw was merely an empty place.
The base where this {Wolves} lives were quite well maintained and tidy. The center where the boulder was located, has now a medium size looking hut structure build at it. The hut was merely made from thick stick and covered with thick leaves, making it look like those traditional native Indian houses. It was quite impressive for those {Wolves} to build it from sticks and leaves, but remembering that one of them was from my world was quite expected.
"This must be where there alpha lives"
"I guess so, fascinating isn't it?"

"Hey, at least act like you are surprised"
"Oh my gosh! Such an amazing hut! Looking at those build, oh my god!..... Happy?"

Speechless to her sarcastic acting, I was left dumbfounded as I stood there looking at her. Sighing, I then carried on as I inspect the area
The pond that was just a distance from the boulder has gotten quite bigger than the last time I saw it, maybe twice or thrice the size that the last. And as I near there

There were at least thrice a dozens of living fish swimming around that renovated pond. I was truly awed that they have such critical thinking as the pond didn't only act as a source of their water when they are thirsty but also

Well I can't really blame them if they got enough of eating meat from {Goblins}. Also around the area, there is a much bigger but quite simpler looking hut at my left. It has a diameter that is much bigger than the hut of where their alpha reside.
'That must be where its packs sleep, how innovative of them'
At the center then was a huge fire pit where they warm themselves during the night, especially to those cold, breezy night. There were no fences around that guard their base nor fences
'They are probably confident that no monster would dare to attack them'
Well as 1st floor of our tower is still new, we only have 3 summoning circle for {Goblins}, while 5 summoning circle for the {Goblin Hobbits} and 1 summoning circle for the {Gray Wolves}. And the highest level those {Goblins} reached was only at 30s, so I guess they have reason why they should be confident to themselves.
Discerning the area, we then also saw a huge rectangular looking structure just at the top right of the boulder. Quite curious to what it was, I then slowly walked towards it. Arriving there I was able to closely see what it is. The said building is just purely made from logs that was impaled to the ground and stuck together to made a thick, and sturdy wall. The roof was covered logs that was cut in half. The door was made from leaves that was hanged above to make into a curtain.
Opening the curtain as I sway it to the side, what then laid out before me was piles of drop items from those hunted prey from small swords to broken ones , battered shield though some are quite in good shape, [Orb Skills] that was scattered around the area, and some worn out and filthy clothes that those {Goblins} wore were only the huddled items inside this building
"This must be their storage room"
I spoke. Closing rhe curtain, I then glance at Lucrane who was looking around the area. After a few moments if inspecting the base of the {Gray Wolves} she then looked at me and spoke
"They left not that long, maybe an hour or 2 right after we arrived here"
Baffled to her words, I then asked
"How do you know?"
"Those footprints below are still fresh which indicates that they left just today"
Saying that, I then looked below me and just noticed all those foot marks or paw marks they left.
"Any clues where they headed? "
"Away from us, yes"
"That is reassuring, glad I ask"

Lucrane then stood silently after she relaxed herself. She then raised her right hand up and swayed it in the mid air and made a less than sign. She then spoke in the same word I don't quite follow

And as she opened her eyes, her eyes then became as her iris suddenly vanished or were just turn to white. She then went on silent right after. Quietly standing beside her as I waited, she then stated as she smiled

She then pointed behind me and stated
"Just behind us, they are already made a quite of distance from us in just short spam of time"
Lucrane then once again raised her right hand and swayed it, and made a symbol of letter 'M' and spoke

As she said that, she then dashed forward as she vanish from she was standing. Seeing her, I then activated [Untouched], [Feather Touch], [Swift Nimble], [Quick Feet], [Quick Reflexes], and [Shadow Dash] simultaneously

I then followed Lucrane from behind as I rushed forward.

Far away from them, a pack of moving {Gray Wolves} was slowly marching their way to the woods as they are all being lead by their alpha upfront.
At the center of pack, being carried by 2 {Gray Wolves} was a bag that was full of shiny light green, with a hint of dark shade of green round marbles that sparkles as the sun touches them.
The alpha then suddenly halted which caused all the pack to follow through. It then looked behid them and raised its giant ears up as it listened to the vicinity they were all in.
Picking something from its sensitive ears, it then faced its pack and hurriedly commanded in an anxious tone
Garf!
Woof!
Arf!
Hearing their leaders command, all the pack then followed their alpha as they pick up their paste and hasten their movements.
Dashing forward in haste, all the {Gray Wolves} then transverse the deep woods in hurry, as the pursuer behind them were steadily approaching towards them.
Behind the pack was 2 moving objects that was gradually catching up to the running {Wolves} in front. Increasing their speed as they sprint upfront, the 2 dashing object they cross the forest in great haste.
The one who lead upfront was a woman who rushed in great speed, running towards the deep forest as they track down their prey upfront. Swiftly as she crossed the forest while she flexibly avoided all the trees upfront that she came across. She sometimes slides beneath a fallen tree, and oftenly jumping up as she cross them. Her movements didn't falter as she nimbly avoided all the obstacle she faced.
While at the back was her companion she hold dear as they manage this tower. He keeps his track under control to not falter as he followed the woman on the front. Though he wasn't skillful enough as he invade all those hurdle like the woman before him, but he wasn't slugging behind as he pursue the lady upfront.
The {Gray Wolf Alpha} then turned his head back as it sensed the pursuers behind that was slowly closing the distance between its pack, and them in astonishing speed. Distress covered the alpha's face as it knows the danger if its pack confronted that entity, that suddenly shown itself before them. Anxious to the situation that unexpectedly turning against them, it then commanded its pack to increase their speed.
Garf! Garf!
Bark! Bark!
Woof! Woof!
Arf! Arf!
The alpha then raised its head up and
Awoooooo~!
And loudly howled in unfathomable distance across the whole the thick woods. The {Gray Wolf Alpha's} body then emitted a light red aura while its eye's iris change into a blood coat of deep red. Gritting their teeth as they tensed their muscle, all the {Gray Wolves} then suddenly vanished as they engulfed themselves in the shade of black. Like a phantom in the silent night, the pack then moves in an unbelievable speed as they sprinted upfront.
Noticing the sudden changes of the monster they are tracking down, Lucrane then looked behind her and glance at Vince that was steadily following her and spoke
"They abruptly speed up so I'll be catching them first! Follow me from behind and try not to slug down!"
"Got it!"
Vince replied. Lucrane then face the front and added her words
"Try to keep up on me"
As she said that, Lucrane's movement then suddenly slowed down as if time itself on the world decelerate. All things in motion were moving in a slow pace as the world suddenly gone quiet. As if the world was in a theatrical play, all things that was moving runs in a pace that even a elderly could match. The pack of {Gray Wolves} have their motion cut, and could now be vividly see as they run with their desperate expression, and hurried paste
Lucrane's lips then moved in an elegant manner as she spoke in a silent whisper
"Speed me up, [Swift Haste]"

Like an arrow that was fired from the bow, Lucrane then pushed herself and dashed in an incredible speed as she sprinted upfront. She suddenly vanished from where she was and rushed upfront like a projected arrow.
"What the"
Vince was left with only an expression of surprise and awed as he saw how Lucrane just suddenly disappeared from his sight in a blink of an eye, and even the gust of wind was delayed upon its uptake.
Running at full speed as the alpha used [Blood Lust] to boost their movement, and [Shadow Dash] that all of them activated, all the pack then swiftly sprinted across the forest as they run.
The alpha then suddenly noticed the disappearance of their pursuers that was coming at them. Fully discerning the surrounding area with its highlighted senses, it then realized that none of two were able to tail them. But not fully celebrating as they got away from the clutch of the monster that was chasing them, the alpha then turn his back and commanded
Gar-!?
"Got you"
But before it could fully gives its command, a sudden chilling voice then whispered to its ear. The alpha's world suddenly slowed down before it halted as if like death suddenly wrapped its touch across your body, and brush it with its dreadful caress. The alpha's body then shivered to the sudden breeze of cold touch, and then
Bang!
Without being able to guard against such strong blow, the alpha was then thrown away to a great distance as a straight punch just took a quick strike in a point blank range to its wide jaw.
The pack was left in a petrified stant as they were all flabbergasted to what is happening before them. Without any warning, all they saw was how their alpha was thrown away but that unknown woman's blow, that just unanticipatedly appeared before then.
The alpha rolls in a great number before it crash to a thick tree and halted. Staggering as it stood up, the alpha then took hold of its ground. It then shook its head to wake its consciousness up but before it could even gaze upfront
Boom!
A suddenly quick grasp took hold of its defenseless head and brought it down to the ground, crashing the land with an explosive bang. The alpha was dumbstruck to what just happened as all it could see was how its vision suddenly tilted to the left, before it felt a painful crash to its head.
Glancing it up, a woman upfront then stood before it and stared with a furious glint.
"You were quite a haughty when I was away, let us see what can you do today"
Lucrane then raised her clenched fist in a tight grasp and brought it down to the monster that was completely stunned, truly petrified to the situation it was in.
Bang!
With a strong blow, the alpha then received Lucrane's heavy fist.
Crack
The ground then shook upon the impact, breaking the terrain with that merciless strike.
Grrrrr!!

The pack then bare their sharp fangs and razor edge claws as they saw how their leader was at the enemy's mercy. Furious to the scene as how that woman just casually beat their alpha like a toy, they all then stared at the woman in raging gaze, ready to munch her down and ravage her to death
But even how much chaotic their temperant became, none dare to move to rescue their alpha, neither tried to crash her with their number as they were all petrified to the killing intent this woman just released. Like a trained dog, no one dare to move as they frustratingly watch how their leader was being beaten by that woman's heavy blows.
(Vince's POV)
After Lucrane vanish in a flash, I then tried everything I got with all my skills I have in hand to catch up to her or the pack, but even how much I tried I wasn't able to glimpse even their shadow within this deep forest.
Transversing the woods took me quite some times before I could hear some loud echoing sound of banging, as if someone or something is being pin down or getting crashed or hammered.
Running towards where that sound is coming from, it then suddenly stopped and vanished. Baffled to what it is I just keep proceeding upfront, but as I was precautions to what it is, I then summoned my [Mythril Knight Sword] to my right hand.
As I headed there I keep surveying the vicinity around me as the sound suddenly disappeared. Not knowing where to go and whom I am about to meet, all I could do was to be on my guard as I vigilantly inspect my surrounding area.
For quite some time as I crossed the forest

I then hurriedly hide between a two thick trees. Scrunching down relaxingly I then took a peek behind me, and there I saw a pack of {Gray Wolves} encircling a certain area as they sat down. I don't know what it is upfront but those {Wolves} just wore a distress and complicated expression as they looked down, which indicates that whoever it is upfront just confronted their alpha and won. Observing the situation before me, I tried wracking my brain.

I stated. I then stood up, took a deep breath, and got out from my hiding spot and walked towards the center where this pack is facing. I'm still cautious to this situation so I keep my guard up and ready to cast [Untouched] when the situation calls to.
Moving forward, I then arrived bear the pack. As I got there, some of the {Gray Wolves} then took a glance of my and glared with furious glint, but none dared to moved as all they could do was stare at me.
Feeling relieved that they have no guts to go against to the monster in front I then pick up my paste and moved forward. Reaching the center, I then saw Lucrane relaxingly sitting in a comfortable chair
'Now I know why none dared to against her'
Because their very own alpha that they all respected and followed has now became this barbarous woman's living chair, with its face coated in blood and battered, this alpha has lost its dignity as a leader.
"You are here"
Lucrane said as she sat with her legs crossed and felt my presence coming towards her, though I know she already did before I arrived here
'Now seeing her like this, she looks like one of those CEO in every manhua I have read'
Walling towards her, I then glance at the alpha who thoroughly received some good beating, shaking as it carried Lucrane behind its back. Grinning, I then walked towards it. Feeling my presence it then glance at me and gritted its teeth in frustration.
Kneeling in front of it, I then grinned and spoke in a sarcastic tone
"My my my, look who it is?"
I then made a posture like one of those bulky thugs in high school and continued
"It kind of nostalgic, and ironic that how the predator that was preying at me has become the prey, what a turn of events right?"

It eyes lit a flickering irritation and anger but no matter what this dog think, if it lay a hand on me, then that barbaric woman would just need to send this guy to sleep

I then pointed my right hand index finger at the {Gray Wolf Alpha's} bare fang as I voice out my complaint

"Didn't you said that level isn't important when it comes to combat? How ironic that you disagree with your own comment"
She then tilted her head to the left and made this 'I wonder' expression with her finger resting on her cheek

I was momentarily speechless as she said that before I respond
"Yes but still, this guy is way beyond my league, what do you suppose want me to do? Talk my way out and invite him to become my friend? I'm sorry to tell you but I wasn't born with a demon fox inside of me, neither knew about such mighty talk no justu"

Truly annoyed to her words, I was about to retort to her when a sudden

And completely shut me up. Dissatisfied to the turn of event, I just irritatedly frown as this guy smirked as it glance at me. I really wanted to teach this guy some lesson to what it did to me and Yoichi but I guess I got too attack to my emotion that I look like a child showing tantrum. Calming myself down, I then stood up
"So what do we do then?"
"We ask of course"
Lucrane then looked towards the alpha and so do I. Silence came first before Lucrane asked
"Are you from this world called 'Earth' or in here?"
Frowning as I was puzzled to her words, I then questioned Lucrane to what she just spoke
"What do you mean by that?"
"About what?"
"Isn't all [Forgotten Lost Soul] those poeple who got summoned? Basically they are people who from my world right? So why ask this guy about where it come from?"
Lucrane then went on silent as she pondered something, and after a few moment she then realized something and sighed
"I would like to apologize about that, and I'll try my best to explain everything without leaving a single piece of information behind"
".... So you are saying that?"
"I forgot to mention that [Forgotten Lost Soul] aren't just those who got summoned but also those who are reincarnated. They are maybe from your world, from the others, or from here, and we refere them as [Reincarnated Lost Soul]"
'[Summoned Lost Soul] for those that got summoned, and [Reincarnated Lost Soul] for those who got reincarnated, I see'
"So you are saying that this guy, might be reincarnated than summoned? How? In what basis?"
"It is quite simple"
Lucrane then placed her right hand to the back of this guy and spoke
"The difference between your levels, and the efficiency of how it hunts. When it was summoned it was still at level 25 but in just merely 24 days, it was able to reach level 78, which is three times the amount compared to when it got called here in our tower. The efficiency of how it able to gain such amount in merely 3 weeks needed an absolute control of its pack, knowledge of the monster they are hunting, and the ground where this monster usually lives which will bid us to the question, for someone who got summoned here in this world for the first time, how come its knowledge regarding the monster's behavior and natural system is far more detail?"
" Though I get your point but even I have at least a thing or two about the monsters here in your world. Back in my world, Earth, many people tend to write of fantasy series where a man, or a kid is being sent to another fantastical world where magic and swords exist, to defeat the enemy that is bringing chaos to that land and restore the natural balance, or something like that. So I can say that this guy might be one of those people that observe the behavior of all animals back in my world, I think they were called 'Wildlife Biologist'. They study the behavior of all animals, so if this guy also watches anime like the rest, then it might used the knowledge from those fantasy series and its real life experience"
I stated.
"You might be right on that case but"
Lucrane then looked at the {Gray Wolf Alpha} who she used as a chair and continued
"I still trust my guts in this matter"
Looking at her with my 'What the hell?' expression on my face, I just stood there baffled.
"But even though I say that, not unless we some concrete evidence to justify our own thought, we cat really say which among the two of us is right"
She then switched her legs as she croosed them again and snap her finger.
"So why not let us ask the person in question then"

A small thin vines then sprouted from the ground, below the {Wolf's} lower half.

It then swift raised up and

Both me and the alpha was then shocked to what happened right after.
"So now"
Lucrane then made this devilish smile as he lean her head closer to the {Gray Wolf Alpha's} left ear and spoke in a tinder, ominous whisper
"How about you tell us who you truly are, hmmm?"

I exclaimed as I felt this guy's pain, as its balls was then tightly wrapped by those vines, and are threatening to crash them with how they coiled around this guy's nuts.
The {Gray Wolf Alpha} was silent as it shiver in fear, but even how much dire the situation it was in, it keeply shut its mouth tight and didn't spoke. Seeing that, Lucrane then once again whisper on its ears
"Oh my, I like your guts but"
She then gently brush her index finger across the alpha's wide jaw and whispered
"But how long will you last"

I thoughtly groaned, not for me but for that guy, as its ball was then strongly grasp by those vines as it coiled in tight wrap.
Grrrrrr!
The {Gray Wolf Alpha} then gritted its teeth as it endured the severing pain it felt.
"I see, so you can bear this much ha"
Snap
'Shit!'
I exclaimed as I hurriedly look back away from such terrible scene and hold my own balls and manhood just to know if they were there, fully intact and still hanging. Glancing behind me, I then saw all its pack whimper as they looked at their alpha. All of them could only watched how their leader is being tortured and none could do against it. I feel a bitter after taste to what is happening
Grrrrrrrrrr!!
Peeking at the scene that is happening in front me, I then saw the {Gray Wolf Alpha} enduring all those painful experience as it clawed the ground it was standing, and sweating from those pain
"How persistent"
Lucrane spoke and this time, her eyes shone a dangerous glint as if her attitude suddenly change, or Lucrane just showed who she truly is, either or both still gives chills one me
"So crushing your thing wasn't enough to bring you down huh. Then how about"

"[Vine Wrap]"
As Lucrane snap her finger
Arff!
Thick vines then appeared from the branches of the tree and wrapped around one of the {Gray Wolves} in the area. It then raised it up and

Arfff!
It yelled in pain as both of its legs was then forcibly twisted and break
"....." (Vince has his mouth agape and eyes peeled as he watched)
Crash! Crack!
Its head then was turned and broke while its remaing limbs was squeeze
"...." (Lucrane made a nonchalant expression of boredom as she look)
Arrrrr....
Crack! Crash! Crick crack!
And in just mere seconds, everything went silent as none dared to spoke, neither tried to as they watch how the poor {Wolf} was turned in a wreckage. Its body was crushed and bloodied as its limbs was twisted and turned. Its head spoke horror as its jaw was widely opened as it hangs with eyes peeled in terror.
The said {Gray Wolf} was thoroughly squeeze to death as blood gush out from its body and its inside exploded.
Slam!
The vines then let go of the lifeless body of the once {Gray Wolf} and vanish. The {Gray Wolf Alpha} stared at the deformed body of one of its pack. The {Gray Wolf Alpha} then slowly bowed its head.
"Now let us begin shall we? The game where how many of your pups will pop before you speak"
Lucrane then smiled like a devil as she gazed at {Gray Wolf Alpha} that was shivering in fright.
Gulp
I then gulped down my own saliva as I then realized how terrorizing Lucrane was when she get serious.
'Let us remind ourselves not piss her off shall we?'
As I deeply thought that to myself, Lucrane then lean again towards the {Gray Wolf Aloha} and asked in gentle tone
"So, do you want to talk now?"
But the alpha didn't budge as it just bowed its head in silence.

"[Vine Wrap]"

Aowooo!!
2 {Gray Wolves} this time was then captured by those thick vines

The other {Gray Wolves} couldn't take it anymore and hurriedly went towards the 2 wrapped {Wolves}. They tried gnawing and ripping those vines off to free one of their comrades but even with their sharp fangs and razor claws, their attempt became futile

As Lucrane snap her fingers again, the vine then slowly moved and carried those 2 up. And as they were already above the ground away from those {Wokves} below, the vines then slowly twisted each of those {Wolves} limbs

Their bones then could be heard as it leisurely break by those vines tight wrap. The {Gray Wolf Alpha} could only grit its teeth as it bow it's head, as it silently hear how another of its pack was now on the woman's mercy.

The 2 {Gray Wolves} then groaned in plea as the vine that is holding them then suddenly changed its grip and twisted their body even more. As I can't take this kind of ploy anymore, I tried to avert my eyes away from such scene until

Lucrane and I then looked to where the loud voice came from and saw the {Gray Wolf Alpha} glaring at us with furious gleam. Gnawing its teeth, the {Gray Wolf Alpha} keeps its eyes locked at us. Lucrane then smiled as sees that. She then lean once again close to the alpha's ear and gently spoke
"Did you said something? I would like to apologize as I can't seem to hear your words properly, may I ask if you could do us the honor of speaking it again?"
"... (teeth gnawing) let them go and I will talk"
It said as it glared at us. Lucrane stared at it for quite some time before she snapped her fingers once again. The vines then gradually let go the 2 wrapped {Gray Wolves} and placed them down. The other {Wolves} then hurriedly went beside them and comforted them.
Lucrane then stood up as she jumps down from that giant {Gray Wolf}. She then slowly moved towards me and stood beside me. The {Gray Wolf Alpha} then sat down right after Lucrane came down.

I made the gray wolves height here at the same height of the average adult male wolf, 85 cm or 3 feet while their alpha, I made it at 8 feet or 244 cm.

Staring at us, it then glance at the 2 {Gray Wolves} that was groaning in pain. Seeing that, Lucrane then sigh and turn her body to left and walked. As the {Gray Wolf Alpha} and the other {Gray Wolves} noticed her casually heading towards the 2 whimpering {Wolves}, the pack then hurriedly shielded then as they all bare their fangs and claws, ready to ravage her in any moment. The {Gray Wolf Alpha} was also on its gaurd as it watched.
As Lucrane sense their vigilant, she then sighed and continued moving forward
"[Vine Wrap]"
A lot of thick vines then suddenly sprouted below of the packs upfront and coiled then in a tight wrap. All the {Wolves} then howled as they were in great pain. Seeing such situation, the {Gray Wolf Alpha} then was about to moved upfront to defend its pack when Lucrane suddenly swayed her hands to the side.
All the {Wolves} that was blocking her way then was forcefully pulled away from her path, and made a clear way for her to cross and walked towards the 2 whimpering {Wolves}. The {Gray Wolf Aloha} was then stopped from its track when some thick vines then coiled around its feet and making the alpha unable to move from its spot.
"Wait! I already said I wi-opfff!"
And before it could even finish talking, a thin vines then swiftly shut the giant {Wolf's} mouth. Lucrane then glance behind and made a 'hush now' gesture. As she closely close the distance between her and the 2 limp {Gray Wolves}, the other {Eves} then agitatingly tried freeing themselves from the vines wrap while some keeps barking at her, but none matters to Lucrane as she just process upfront.
Arriving there, she then kneeled down, raised the head of one of the 2 {Gray Wolves} and summoned a healing potion. She then opened the lid and let the still conscious {Wolf} to drank it, she did the same to the other one. Afterwards, she then stood up and stared at the {Gray Wolf Alpha}
"Let us continue where we left off, shall we? "
As she said that, she then went back towards me and slowly, all the vines that was wrapping all the {Wolves} gradually loosen their grip and sent back to the soil they came in.
The vine that was also binding around the alpha also gradually relaxed and descended as they constructed back below, while the vine that wrapped its mouth also let go. Everyone has a mixed feeling going on themselves right now as they watch Lucrane walking towards me. The alpha then finally decided as it closed its eyes and sat down.
As Lucrane arrived by my side she then summoned 2 wooden chairs from her [Storage Ring]. The two of us then sat down. The alpha then strengthen itself as it sat down. Looking at it, this guy now has a dignified look of a leader
'Dogs are really truly taller when they sat compared to when they stand'
I said as I raised my head up just to see how tall this guy is, but thanks to Lucrane moving us a bit more to the back, we don't need to raised our head further just to talk to this guy
"Remind me to never piss you off okay?"
I stated in a low voice. Lucrane then looked at me and smiled before she turn her gaze back upfront.
"So now, are you summoned from the other world, or reincarnated from this world?"
It took awhile for it to answer as it gaze at us

I was 5 years in service in Canada to survey and explore some of the wildlife behaviors there until I an accident happened and I lost my life. I went to far towards a wolf den and seemingly forgotten the danger I just crossed, before I later on realized my demise when all the pack came back. At the age of 37, I died from the hands of those wolves I was observing"

"I was then summoned here in this world right after I died. I was completely dumbstruck to what just happened and can't fully interpret to what is going on. All I could remember before my death is how I was being ravage by those wolves, so I was shocked to see myself still intact and breathing, no injury, no limbs missing, nothing. Trying to calm myself, I then hurriedly tried finding a mirror or any object that will reflect my image, and there I was stunned that my appearance was altered"

I felt choking in those days like I was drowning to all the unfamiliar things that I am seeing, strangers that is roaming around, and words that I can't fully understand. "5 months of being solo, I then tried finding some group of adventurers to join in. It took me 4 weeks for someone to formaly accept my request and let me join them. Celebrating our success, we then took some of the funds that we are saving to buy a house and a land for our base, and rented a bar for a day to enjoy our great accomplishment"

The situation became awkward because of them, and our party seems to felt pressure when those adventurers keep looking at us. I took a secret glance at them as I was concern and there, I then meet Ms. Conny again, but she was completely different compared to our first meeting"

As Lucrane asked that, I then glance at her as she question in a serious tone.
"She's more open or like, she was.....she was kind of unreserved type of person"

"Back then when we first meet, Ms. Conny only wore an appropriate attire of a [Sorcerer] but the time we meet again, she was wearing a complete revealing clothes. She wore this see-through long dress with black lingerie. She was also wearing some makeup but it was completely over the top kind of appearance, as if she was trying to beautify herself to not be left behind or surpass, or something. Seeing her like bore a complicated feelings inside me. Our eyes then meet each other which the leader of the group noticed. He then walked towards me and sat beside me. He then wrapped his arm to my shoulder and asked me in a threatening voice as to why am I looking at his girl. Completely taken aback, I then shutteringly answered that I thought she was someone I know. He then asked if I was making fun of him which I then denied. Everything was going well as my party member didn't tried to get in the way in the situation or it will become worst, not until Ms. Conny herself told that man I was lying"
The {Gray Wolf Alpha} then frowned as it continued
"That man then glared at me, saying that I was making a fool out of him which I hurriedly denied. My party members then tried to settle the situation but it became worst when that guy's companions surrounded us, thankfully that the owner directly called some Knight in the area which then came in"

We are able to saved at least 20, 000 gold coins which is enough to buy a big land and a house. 2 years then pass and 2 of our party members, Junck, and Koole then decided to get married to Kindle, and Kettle, the wives of our 3 companions wives, Sally, Letsy, and Potsy, just got pregnant and was expecting a child 2 months later"

I just then noticed that Sally, Letsy, Potsy, Kindle, and Kettle was already dead. Ms. Conny then with that man along went beside me. With tears falling in my eyes and blurring my vision, I asked him, I asked them why did they do that"

Grateful for it, I tried everything I have learned to raise my level up to become stronger and much more powerful than any before. But all those hopes for bringing justice and vengeance was all gone for nought, as I realized I was summoned inside a tower as a summoned beast. Trapped inside this giant cage and not hoping to get out here"

I then swiftly turn my head to the back when a sudden whimpering sound came. Looking behind me, a certain {Gray Wolf} was then carried in a tight wrap by those vines, and slowly those vines then coiled tightly against the poor {Wolf}.

The alpha yelled
"Did you know that I have an ability that let me know if the person is lying or not"

"[Vine Wrap]"

Think vines then sprouted from below where the {Gray Wolf Alpha} was standing and envelope its body. Lucrane then descended her left arm down

The giant {Gray Wolf} then slam down with a loud bang as it hit its head on the ground. As Lucrane stood beside the {Gray Wolf Alpha}, the vines then tightly wrapped the giant {Wolf's} body, not letting it to move from its spot. As Lucrane kneel down beside the {Gray Wolf Alpha}, she then swayed her right hand to the right, and the vine that is binding the {Wolf's} then loosen up and let go.
"A-all I said is true! I didn't lie!"
"I know"
'What?'
"W-wh-what?"
Both me and the alpha was surprised to what Lucrane just said and completely puzzled too.
"I know you aren't lying"
"Then why!?"
"Cause I'm pissed and you are hiding something from us"

The vine that was coiling around the alpha then suddenly tighten their grip
"Don't worry, I will let your men lived if you tell me what it is that you are hiding from me"
The alpha glanced at Lucrane and gritted its teeth in frustration. It then closed its eyes and spoke, and its tone was full of regret and defeat
"..... I... I made a contract with a God"

I exclaimed in shocked

They are by-product of our prayers, faith, and loyalty towards them. They lived a life with no end, but that doesn't mean they won't perish"

"It's where I could control lighting. His blessing didn't yet fully manifested on me as I am still low in level, experience, and strength"

As Lucrane snapped her finger once again, the vines that is wrapping both the alpha and the {Gray Wolf} then slowly loosen and dissappeared.
"I ask the Gods to give me their command, bless my right to control, bless my authority to govern. I ask those who sat above to give me their permission, to make this creature my own. I once again plea to those deities, to bind this creature that will serve me"
A huge rune then appeared below the giant {Gray Wolf}. The said rune was merely composed of spheres and nothing more.
"Thou shall become mine, and thou shall serve thee, [Bind Contract: Master-Servant]"
A while light then envelop the {Gray Wolf Alpha} before it vanished. After it dissappeared, a black leash then appeared at the neck of the said beast.
"So from here on out, you will be serving me"
