Alex, a 73-year-old man, was leading a miserable life in an era where old people were considered wretched. 

It all began when a new pharmaceutical company discovered a key to extending lifespan with a youthful elixir. 

However, the price of this elixir was so high that Alex, a former military man with no family or savings, could not afford it. His life became even more miserable as he was treated like trash by those around him.

His miserable existence continued until one fateful night when he met his demise due to unforeseen circumstances. 

When he awakened, he found himself in another world, inhabiting the body of a young man named Li Wei. Just when he thought the surprises were over, a notification appeared:

As Xiao Se began to rejoin the group, Alex turned his attention to Chen Wei. "I'll draw the storm serpent out of its lair. Once it's out, you'll guide it towards the formation," he proposed.

Chen Wei was taken aback by this suggestion. "Wait a minute, why should I be the one to lead it to the formation, which is quite a distance away, while all you have to do is coax it out of that tiny cave?" he protested.

Alex, however, was unfazed by Chen Wei's refusal to go along with the plan. He knew exactly what to say to persuade his friend. He approached Chen Wei, placing his hands on the man's shoulders, and looked him in the eyes. "Don't you want to impress Wu Lina?" he asked, a smile playing on his lips. "Just think about how amazed she'll be when she sees you leading the beast straight into their trap."
