Our protagonist, Finis Vi Scorno, once a great mage and heavenly demon, returns after four millennia, finding a world radically transformed. The ancient kingdoms have crumbled, replaced by new orders. The celestial beings have vanished, with otherworldly horrors lurking in the world's corners. But most importantly, his betrayers’ descendants now rule, basking in power and glory. Yet, they are oblivious to the storm of vengeance that is about to break upon them.
“Those who sealed you away…” a cryptic creature explains, “their physical bodies are long gone. However, their legacies...”
“Then their descendants shall pay for their ancestors' sins,” Finis retorts, his voice resolute.
Guided by the enigmatic creature, Finis embarks on his quest, facing grotesque celestial entities and overcoming monumental challenges. Every victory, every revelation adds fuel to his burning resolve, his vow echoing across the realms:
“I am Finis Vi Scorno,” he declares into the wind, “The world may have forgotten, but I will make them remember.”
'Arcane Rebirth: The Reanimation of the Grand Archmage' is a sweeping narrative of revenge, resilience, and redemption set in a world straddling the line between fantasy and horror. It weaves a tale that is as much a chronicle of a fallen mage’s determination as it is a testament to a world that has survived through cataclysmic change. Will Finis succeed in his quest for vengeance, or will he become another forgotten whisper of the past?
I can't judge so far because there's only a limited new chapters but I can say so far it's a good read. a main character that's finally different than those sussiy ones and those who are either just too good hearted or too idiotic for my taste. So, it's worth a read.
Just gonna squeeze in here real quick and give myself a quick 5 stars :) **I'm making the review so the readers and or potential readers have a way to connect with, ask questions, and as such! that and not gonna lie, I also want some more reviews lol. ***Care to voice your opinions and theories on what this can be? it's not going to be reveled any time soon. and please tell me what you want to see more of, or any ideas or as such! anything is welcome!
So far the story seems good, however, based on the limited number of chapters available, I cannot provide a comprehensive judgment. However, I can share my initial impressions of the story, which have been quite positive. The main character stands out remarkably from the typical protagonists we encounter in literature, bringing a refreshing and unique perspective to the narrative. And the story seems extremely pleasant when reading. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone who likes a very unique story.
