The Extra is a Genius!?

After almost 150 chapters, I figured it's time to answer some of the questions you’ve been asking. 1. The MC is not going to hide his powers. At the beginning, he acts a bit like Batman—kinda cringy and edgy—but later on, he’s just a normal guy with a mission. 2. The harem will be four. No more, no less. I’ve already decided. 3. He’s not a genius like Ayanokouji from Classroom of the Elite. He’s not dumb or dense either. The original Noel had a genius-level body (huge talent for mana control). That’s the main reason behind the title. His decisions are logical and make sense. 4. Yes, I know there are questions like Who’s his mother? Why did he do that? Why didn’t X react when Y happened? Most of those will be answered later on—they’re planned. I left some mysteries on purpose. Some questions won’t be answered yet because they’re tied to the lore that’ll be revealed later. 5. Not every important girl ends up in the harem. 6. He will be overpowered, yes—but the weak to strong tag is there for a reason. 7. Yes, there will be +18 chapters, but only to deepen his relationships with certain female leads. 8. Noel starts off focused solely on his goal, but his personality slowly evolves. 9. Again, he doesn’t hide his powers later on. In fact, he becomes important, he is the MC of the story for a reason. (This is for the people who dropped the story at chapter 20 thinking he wants to stay in the shadows forever and be Mr. Edgy.) 10. Noel’s not perfect. 11. All the system missions, and why they ruin his life or stop him from living peacefully, have a purpose. 12. Based on my current outline, the novel will be around 600 chapters.

Autor review's here, 5 stars, It does deserve it. You may not like harem but thats how it is in this work so I let you know before hand. Some stuff about the novel: What the book is about?: A guy named Noel, he tranmigrated to a novel he readed years ago. Now he needs to survive being in this world but strangely enough he wasnt even on the plot of the story. What type of guy is Noel?: He is direct, smart, and he isnt dumb. He have a sense of humor, he is sarcastic. Give him a change, I promise you will love him. Romance?: Yes, you can see in the tags, there is, MC is not dumb and dense in this aspect either. And a harem on top of that, I know there's people who dont like it but that's how the story worked out. How frequent you update chapters?: Daily I would like to say, if not atleast 5 to 7 chapters weekly. Also, im new to writing and I need to use a translator because I write in spanish. My thoughts on reading this novel was: Well written, good pace, genius like in the title but not a jack of all trades. Have i said well written? Enough pleasantries, this is a novel that everyone should give a chance.

So far so good, I read the other book from this author and its a solid 7-8/10 so I got some expectations from this one too. Its interesting, there is not a lot of 'Extra' novels out there, lets see how it unfolds, but the firsts chapter are engaging.

I really like this novel. The writing quality is great, and i like the main character. I think it has potential, and i would recommend it. Hoping for more chapters.

A very good story with interesting characters, magic system, system, and world. It has good pacing and the writing quality is good, better than many of the novels I have. One of the things that I really like about this book though is the slow development of relationships, which makes it more realistic. There's no girl that just throws herself at the MC, but instead, relationship smoothens overtime. Plus, the MC is really likable, and relatable. I'm very excited for the future of this novel as it definitely has potential.

4.8/5 for me, great novel till now, will be watching it closely.

The plot is good, and the characters are also good, but the fights are a little boring, and the use of AI writing seems heavy. Otherwise, it is good.

As a reader I’m rather picky about what I read, so I mean it when I say that everything about this book has the potential to top up in it gene. Give it a read, you won’t regret it.

I mean like an other guy said I can very much see the ai used in here but that again I don’t really care about it. It’s a good story and a decent read. That’s it.
