52 – Disagreement

Alan tied the red-haired elf's hands in the middle of the land. However, he didn't look scared but glared at Alan and the others instead.

"You already said you're giving up, you know." Haruna folded her arms in front of that person. "Why is your expression like that?"

The elf laughed. "Well, well, I'm afraid of you."

"I have a question, sir." Alan stood up after making sure the ties were tight enough. "What other crimes have you committed?"

"Well…." The elf shrugged. "We only look for rare animals and sell them."

"Lie." Alan threw a sword at the man. "Answer me properly, or you will suffer the same fate as your friend, Cage."

Celia, who was checking out Brunch on the other side of the land, flinched.

The elf could only widen his eyes at the bloodstained sword.

Haruna squatted in front of that pointy-eared being. "Cage said that you guys do more than that, right?"
