29. What are you?

Forcefully pulling away from the first hunting party, and gaining ground fast enough to finally catch a breath of relief. The young shield bearer, Tim? Timmy? Silver still hasn't bothered to learn or remember names, its not really her forte anyway, breaks the silence, his response gaining a hearty laugh and reluctant agreements from Silver's parents. "You're fething crazy you know that? Who the feth rams another vehicle?" Micah laughs, knowing full well silver is beyond saving in the crazy department can only laugh and slap the young mans back, a show of agreement at the moment. "What you thought it was all for aesthetic purposes? Unfortunately this isn't a movie, but im sure in the future it will make a cool one." Silver says, having cracked the fourth wall without realizing it. "Alright, lets cover some ground the city is quite a ways out still and we have the largest target...well i have the largest target I have ever heard of." Silver speaks up, though her eyes are traveling over the console, watching gauges and temperature sensors even though the vehicle is now mana maintained its still able to damage itself based off the original material. Her mom raises her hand as if asking a question in school making silver giggle just a moment. "We aren't in school and im surely not my own parents' teacher, ask me whatever. "Silver says, her mom blushing a bit in embarrassment. "So how much do you think the bounty is worth? It cant be that bad right?" He mom asks quietly, though the pensive look shows a deep level of intelligence despite having been mostly quiet this entire trip. "Unfortunately I think you drastically underestimate just how much these fiefdoms wish to suppress a power like me...I can confirm that at least two kingdoms have a tier two city bounty out on my head, and at least one with potentially tier 3 city values..." Hearing this, her parents take an inhaled breath, having mostly been researchers and not hunters much of their life they are a bit disconnected with the efforts for value, but hearing their daughter have a hanging noose around her neck weighing at well over a billion gold, puts things in perspective. After all, in a tier one city one can live rather luxurious with very decent gear with a hundred million gold, not a small amount, but not a large amount considering a tier 2 city has higher quality everything, from blacksmiths, to materials, and mentors. To enter in a tier two city one must either possess a certain wealth, or earn a tier 2 city token. Tier three is even grander requiring at least a billion spending power and a known reputation,to enter it, but this is where all of the latest and most advanced technology is developed, heavily guarded, and luxurious beyond the normal. "What did you do? Sil, you..." Her parents look at her worriedly, not wanting to say their worst fear out loud. "No, i didn't turn evil or anything, but...i did accidentally commit partial genocide while helping the asari. Though it was accidental, the fact that I could do it at all scares the fiefs greatly." Silver shrugs, as if this is to be expected. "Anyone heard the new song stella released?" Silver asks trying to get off the doom and gloom subject feeling awkward as is. "Oh oh! You mean ashes?!" The triplets coo together as the break into an off tune chorus of the song, making the car burst into laughter and the few who know the song, join in as silver works on the radio trying to get it to play, the gloomy mood forgotten as everyone turns to singing along to the radio.
