After that, nothing seemed to happen that night, not even Tyr returning. But what everyone noticed upon starting the day, was Silver sitting cross legged in a large open area, clear of debris or any buildings, storm being ever curious, flashes over asking the question on their minds. Why are you sitting out here alone? Silver gives a toothy grin as she replies. "Since everyone wants to be strong and They are scared of me, then who better to start a one on one training than me...any here are welcome to step forward today and ask for training. I will do my best to help you find a deeper inspiration, and to build a stronger foundation. I hope everyone here can become like me, a force of nature, someone to be worshiped and feared in the same sentence." Hearing this, Olivia, octavia? Silver is just going to call her O for now, wastes no time rushing forward, drawing a blade she had found amongst the piles of weapons and corpses, an intricate two handed long sword. Silver doesn't bat an eye, watching the young girl rush forward, doing her best to utilize every last stat point she has. Only for silver to use her mechanical hand to deflect the blade, returning the favor with a jabbing of two fingers into the girls shoulder. "Lesson one, ignore the pain!" Silver says as the two of them exchange blows, silver dodging, and deflecting with a fluid ease, whilst delivering many small but painful bruises. "Lesson two...stop trying to break even with your stronger opponent, start thinking like a fox, the slyer you are the better!" Silver says before landing low punches and and kidney shots making the girl winded and slower. "Im faster and stronger, so whats next swordswoman, show me some new tricks..." Silver cracks her knuckles, a low rumbling growl escaping her as she is having a bit too much fun. Alas, O isn't quite ready to give up, sweeping her sword striking against silvers metal arm or making silver dodge the slashes and jabs, but after a few minutes almost when silver starts wondering if she is going to hard on the girl, she does something different, when silver had moved to deflect another stab, the girl had shifted the blade to deflect to the inside of her defense, almost catching silver off guard as she uses the momentum to slash towards silvers face, only for silver to move flashing out of reach of the blade. "Good, that trick if it was against anyone else here you would've caught them!" Silver praises before moving again, stepping up her game in this lesson a step by going even faster simply using her fingertips to catch the sword or knock it aside, instead of demonstrating just speed she is forcing her to fight strength too, though silver stopped jabbing her. "Your last trick is not nearly enough to break your threshold, come on, Lil girl, show me your demons! Summon up your monsters!" Getting taunted seems to crack the girls calm focus as her attacks draw wild and sharp arcs, whistling through the air as she tries to step forward to get into silvers defense, only for silver to step forward, getting past the sword and shouldering the girl back. "Pathetic...here I thought you had a fire in you, a demon to bare...but it seems..." Silver gets interrupted as the girl explodes off the ground, finally showing a taste of wildness, her arms bulging, eyes bloodshot, and a feral rage in her eyes as her sword blurs shrieking through the air, clashing again and again with Silver's metal arm as she steps forward. Stabs, slashes, chops, low cuts, leg sweeping attacks with the blade, O stops at nothing as she pushes on to silence silvers relentless taunts. 'That's it, break your limits, get a bit crazy, show me you want it...' Silver thinks, watching a shadowy image of her younger self, the one that caught in illegal fights, and fought like a feral beast, forcing herself to fight stronger foes, and growing stronger or got hurt trying to. "Come on brat, don't let me break you already, Im not done having fun!" Silver taunts, garnering a growl of annoyance as the sword does a strange motion, bouncing of her arm and nearly finding its way below her elbow when silver rolls out of the attack, her eyes glinting with an unknown light at that move. 'Damn, it hasnt been long and she has nearly nicked me twice, cunning girl.' Silver praises silently in her heart. "Show me some fangs girly, show me why you left the safety of those established homes, give me a reason to teach you something." She taunts one last time, only to watch tears spring in the girls eyes as she bellows striking at silver hard, moving in fast enough whilst striking to hook her leg under silvers, attempting to knock her off balance, letting her, silver rolls back, her flexibility allowing her to roll and pop off the ground, landing a short distance away, only for O to move in for another strike. Catching the blade with her metal hand, silver clutches tight on it, halting O's attacks. "Good job, finally...you showed more than your limits, you've broken your first foundation, how do you feel?" Silver asks, getting confused looks from those that sat back and watched, and O who is panting, seeming reeling in herself at the moment, but after a moment a quiet reply comes. "Tired." Before O slumps forward, seeming drained, but before she can fall, silver catches her laughing happily as she carries her to the side, setting the girl down in a shady spot before standing up. "We have our first foundation breaker, what that means is she has now found the path to become a powerhouse or more like...a prodigee, she showed talent and skill in her first fight despite her gear practically falling to pieces. Though it takes more than that to break out of the range of a powerhouse...which is stage 1 of every stronger hunter...even I had to find my path...so whose next?" Silver says, walking back over to her spot she had gotten comfortable, silver faces everyone. At first no one steps forward, but then sabrina? Selena? The healer girl steps forward, attempting to put on a brave face but one can tell she is nervous. "You sure?" Silver asks looking at her. "Its much harder to crack a supports foundation through combat, there is no tricks to show, no moves to learn, no tips I can give, as a healer, the best way to grow is to know just how much you can manipulate your power, can you heal from a distance? Can you use it to create a shield? Can you heal faster? Those are some questions to explore...but All i can offer your role is pain." Hearing this the girls nervousness grows, but she gulps, having survived in a fight against silver once, despite silver holding back a tad. "Cant...C-Cant heal what I don't understand." Hearing this, silver sighs, walking over to the girl catching her face gently in her hands looking at her. "That's smart, but medical books would be better than pain, I beat you up before to give you a feeling of how to survive if someone gets past all of us, I do and did what I do because I know I am not strong enough to carry everyone, even I get hurt, I bleed, I ache, I feel pain too, but I fight on knowing one rule...do or die." Hearing this the girl looks at silver a bit shocked, since silver almost never shows a reaction to pain or injuries, even after nearly being killed by the bomb, barely a groan of protest left silver. "So...how do you fight through all pain and wounds?" The girl asks, her curiosity peaked. "Because I am crazier than bat shit probably, but i fight through the pain because the distraction can get you wounded even more times or dead. When I used to fight before becoming a hunter, I fought with my life on the line, fighting newly awakened hunters or low class ones in arenas for cash. My first fight was supposed to go up against this guy called Mac, he was a speed type fighter, but great for a newbie like me. But, this other dude felt like breaking some hopes and dreams or something. Dunno didn't care to ask. This guy came in as a strength and speed fighter having spent their few rank up points in strength and speed. Well needless to say dude hit me with some force, ended up being my first hospital visit, dislocated shoulder and two cracked ribs, and dozens of bruises. It would've been worse if I would've stayed down and got punted around, I dodged, and blocked the best I could. But, I was already aching and my arms throbbed, my lungs burned, vision blurred every time he hit me, the whole fight sucked, I lasted 5 minutes in that fight. Felt like an eternity for my first fight against an awakened. I made you only hold out a minute because it takes a different mindset to live through 5 and still come back for 5 more." Hearing the story, the blonde haired healer grows pale, looking into silvers mismatched eyes. After a moment she stuttering out. "W-wait you went back?!" She asks startled and pale. "Oh Yea, I went back many times, i got faster...stronger...crazier...more ruthless, those fights taught me no one cares if you die but you, so fight like it." The girl gulps, no realizing why silver seems so...eccentric. "Why would you do that to yourself?that...sounds like torture...." Hearing this, silver giggles patting her cheek before stepping away, a fierce grin spreading on her face. "I did it, because I was born for it, the more I caught the more I craved it, I love it, I love becoming stronger, I love crushing those who think I shouldn't be here, be at the top..." Pausing silver collects herself. "But, when I awakened, the same day I lost my arm, I thought my world my dreams of commanding my own forces, at standing at the top of martial prowess, had been turned to dust, my turret was next to useless, being both immobile and weak, it burned my mana pool fast despite being so weak." Silver shows her that it wasn't all sunshine and rainbow or a path of clear guidance. "I didn't even know I could upgrade my turrets or anything until it showed a blueprint for my arm, it had wanted to rebuild me, to upgrade and replace what i lost. The fact that it was creating solutions meant it had room for improvement, meaning my turrets weren't terrible, just a baseline, so I did what anyone would do, I fixed my turrets and retested, turns out having a massive rifle one shotting low tier beasts and turning low level elites into paste, is a huge upgrade on its own. Enough to weren't S ranked. What I am getting at is, don't suffer in hopes of enlightenment you do like pain like i don't mind it, you should focus on healing those who get hurt in odd ways, like O over there, or the others when they go into dungeons, read medical books and work along doctors, focus on the curious and not the brute force...but you did step forward despite your fear and nervousness,that...that makes me proud of you, good job, now go and help your patient, she is covered in dozens of bruises and possibly ruptured muscles." Waving her past, silver holds her smile, despite dozens of pain filled memories flashing in her eyes.
