Hidden Truths

Bright was taken aback when Day mentioned his parents. Confused, Bright asked, "Your parents? What's the matter with them? What happened in the past?"

Day's eyes filled with tears as a sly smirk appeared on his face. "Don't act like you're clueless," Day replied. "I find it hard to believe that you really don't know."

Growing frustrated, Bright insisted, "No, seriously, I have no idea. Please explain."

Day's anger flared up as he retorted, "Then why don't you ask your so-called girlfriend? She was the one who called my parents and asked them to control their 'problematic' child, referring to me. She even told me to stop stalking and bothering you!"

Surprised, Bright exclaimed, "My girlfriend? Who are you talking about? Olivia? She's not my girlfriend. I've been wanting to tell you this for a long time, but I couldn't find you after that night. I searched everywhere..."

Day abruptly interrupted Bright, dismissing his words. "Oh, spare me the lies! Stop with this nonsense. She is not your girlfriend! Huh! As if I'd believe that!"
