The man nearly choked on his saliva as he stared wide-eyed at Jorge and in humiliation. He looked around the room, but none of them said anything about this topic, so he dropped it. He couldn't even bring himself to say anything on it. Clearing his throat, he spoke out,

"We will officially commence the emergency shareholders meeting that has been necessitated because of the bad media coverage on the new Mrs Trimshaw." The distaste when he mentioned Mrs Trimshaw was unmistakable.

"Today's agenda is but one only: Dismissal of CEO and Chairman Jorge Trimshaw!"

Mirabel felt her heart drop at the last statement, but as Jorge had said, she had to trust him and the way he did things. She rather placed her hand on his on her shoulders and caressed it briefly.
