The caged sea Part III

‘Hot news. Megalodon sharks were spotted wrecking a ship.’

“My God…” My eyes widened when I saw two reporters broadcasting the news. The photos were so blurry that I could not see if it was a real megalodon. However, there was clearly a shipwreck in the photos and the water was dyed red. I did not know if it was blood or not; maybe it was an edited image, like those in regular TV shows.

I raised the volume to listen to the news.

I licked my mouth a little as the news had stressed me out.

[We have received reports from local reporters that two days ago, a large ship sunk at sea. The total number of missing people is more than twenty. The rescue service sent diving teams to find only the remains of limbs scattered around the area.]

The channel changed to photos of limbs floating on the water. It was shot from a high angle. The photographer was probably inside a helicopter.
