Reunion?

Issei opened his eyes in a daze

he looked at the familiar ceiling of the house, his mind still in a confused state, processing what happened yesterday

"Yesterday I went on a date, then..." 

the memory after the date is not very clear, yesterday felt like a long dream

got out of bed and walked to the bathroom, looked in the mirror, and saw that he was still wearing his date clothes

"Good morning Mother, I was too tired yesterday" Issei sat down, drank a glass of water and immediately ate his breakfast

Issei's father, Gorou, who was reading the newspaper lowered the newspaper a little and looked at Issei with a look that seemed to say 'this kid seems to be hiding something' while smiling.

and before long, he dropped the bomb

"So...how was yesterday's date?"

"*COUGH COUGH*" Issei choked on the bread he was eating

"oh? I'm curious too" 

His mother, who had been spreading jam on bread, was immediately interested in the date her son was going on

"water...*cough cough water"

"Oh? This" Miki handed him a glass filled with water

 Issei drank another glass of water and calmed himself down

"*COUGH* how do you know?!"

The three of them looked at Suzu who was sitting looking at the air with her bread still intact on her lips, her cheeks were a little red, and from earlier, she was just playing with her bread on her lips, like kissing it, push it a little and then kissing again. 

Suzu, who didn't realize they were looking at her, returned their gazes and wondered

".....Is there something wrong? "

Gorou dropped his newspaper, and Miki dropped the bread she was spreading earlier

Issei was the most shocked, he gaped while his eyes widened, he grabbed his little sister's shoulders and shook Suzu's body

"Tell me! Tell Big Brother! Who is that lucky bastard!?"

 While Issei was shaking his little brother while insisting that his question be answered, both of his parents were crying tears of joy

"Dear Gorou *sob* finally our two children who have been refusing to have a romantic relationship, have now accepted it" 

"Yeah *sob* I was really worried because I thought they didn't have the hearts of young people at all, but finally they have their own spring"

"HURRY UP!"

"let me go, I'm dizzy"

Issei who was only getting more urgent, Suzu who was dizzy, and their parents who were crying with joy, this was the happy Hyoudou residence

everyone looked towards the door

"Who?" Gorou asked

"I don't know" Miki looked at Issei and Suzu, both of them shook their heads

"I'll check it out," said Gorou as he stood up and walked towards the door

Arriving at the door, he opened the door and was surprised to see the figure of a man wearing a Kuoh uniform

"excuse me, who...are you?"

Gorou asked the figure in front of his house, a slight feeling of nostalgia came to him, therefore he slightly maintained that strange expression

"...I am your next door neighbor who just moved in, my name is Hajime Sitri, Mr. Hyoudou"

"Hajime...Sitri?"

Kamiya nodded in reply

and not long after, there was a cough 

*COUGH COUGH

Kamiya and Gorou looked in the direction where the coughing sound came from, and it sounded like a woman's voice

"Did...did I came at the wrong time? It looks like someone is sick there."

"uh?...oh! no no, don't worry, there's nothing sick here" Gorou explained a little panicked

"Really? Thank goodness.....by the way Mr. Hyoudou, I'm here to give you this."

Kamiya gave Gorou a fruit basket

"This is a little fruit for Mr. Hyoudou and the rest of your family."

Hyoudou received the basket and felt a little uneasy, but on the other hand, his feelings were a little warm

"Your name was...Hajime Sitri, right?" Gorou asked to confirm his memory

then Gorou handed the fruit basket back to Hajime

Seeing that, Kamiya smiled slightly and lowered his head while muttering

"Yeah? Did you say something?"

Kamiya raised his head again and looked at his father's face

"Actually, in our traditon, when we move, we always give gifts to our neighbors as a greeting, and also, it would be impolite to refuse them."

"o-oh?? Is that so..." Gorou was surprised and scratched the back of his head, feeling bad about his actions earlier.

"Yes, that's a habit that has been passed down from generation to generation in our family" of course that's a lie

"...." Gorou became increasingly awkward, in the end he accepted the parcel and apologized

"S-sorry for earlier, I didn't know that was rude" while bowing

 "No, it's okay, it was actually my fault for not explaining our traditions first" while looking down above Gorou

"I apologize"

"No no, that's okay..." 

really, their personalities are similar

"Then...Hajime-kun...can I call you that?"

"of course, you can call me whatever you like"

Kamiya smiled seeing that his father was still the same as before

"Would you like to have breakfast with us?" Gorou tries to repay the kindness he has received

"...." Kamiya was a little lost in thought and his mouth opened, but it didn't last long

he smiled again and shook his head

"No, I've had breakfast today...and...actually because I'm not familiar with the directions to Kuoh academy, therefore I'm walking remembering the route."

"Is that so..." Gorou felt uneasy, and he realized something

"Earlier... you said the way to Kuoh Academy, right?"

"yes.?"

"That's good...please wait here for a moment" Gorou went into the house and hurriedly

and Gorou brought two people in the same uniform as him

Kamiya looked at Issei who was shocked, and Suzu who looked away

then looked at Gorou

"Thank you for waiting, they are my children, I hope you get along well at school"

"Of course Mr. Hyoudou, we are actually in the same class too."

Issei opened his mouth

"This is the first time we are talking, let me introduce my self, my name is Hyoudou Issei, people call me Issei"

"Yes, nice to meet you Issei"

Kamiya smiled and shook hands with Issei

and strangely, Issei felt something strange in his heart

"And... may I get to know Miss over there, taking her eyes off me from earlier?"

"?"

Gorou and Issei turned their gazes to Suzu

"Suzu, are you feeling unwell?" Issei asked

"..."

and Suzu started looking at Kamiya, with slightly red cheeks

"Good morning..."
