Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies.

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

Jia Li placed the book on her desk when Court Lady Xuan informed her of Lee Xianwu's arrival. "Please, let him in," Jia Li instructed.

With a respectful bow, Lady Xuan exited the chamber, and within seconds, Xianwu entered. He laid eyes on Jia Li, who was seated on a raised platform and offered his greetings, raising his head to meet her gaze.

"You weren't expected to come," Jia Li remarked, rising from her seat. She descended the two steps to stand at his level and detected a pleasant fragrance emanating from him. He had taken a bath before visiting the palace, a thoughtful gesture considering the day's activities had left him perspiring.

"I made a promise," Xianwu responded, taking a step closer to her. He gently held her hand, leaving her slightly bewildered, and revealed a red wristband in his other hand.

Puzzled, Jia Li inquired, "What is this?" as Xianwu proceeded to tie it around her wrist.
