Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies. 

Before embracing death, she prays for one chance to change her fate. Thankfully, Heaven listens to her, and she gets reborn on the same day when it all begins. 

However, it is not easy to take revenge alone when her enemies are countless. That is when Tang Jia Li gets the support of the five young noblemen— The Empress’s bodyguard, the State  Minister's son, the Prime Minister’s son, the Governor’s son, and the General’s son. 

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

Xianwu realized he had something to share with Jia Li and found her curious gaze fixed on him. He began with an apology, saying, "Jia Li, I forgot to mention something. I've always assumed you weren't familiar with administrative tasks, and for that, I called you 'dumb.' I apologize sincerely for that."

Jia Li acknowledged his words, saying, "Your comments about me have always bothered me, but if that's a genuine apology, then I accept it."

Xianwu then changed the topic, suggesting, "Would you like to go out with me? I bet you've never experienced the night market."

Jia Li felt the excitement building within her at the idea, but she also hesitated, not wanting to take any unnecessary risks. Also, she didn't know what might happen behind her back in the palace.

Xianwu was taken aback by Jia Li's sudden question and asked, "What's on your mind?"
