Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies. 

Before embracing death, she prays for one chance to change her fate. Thankfully, Heaven listens to her, and she gets reborn on the same day when it all begins. 

However, it is not easy to take revenge alone when her enemies are countless. That is when Tang Jia Li gets the support of the five young noblemen— The Empress’s bodyguard, the State  Minister's son, the Prime Minister’s son, the Governor’s son, and the General’s son. 

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

A marriage vow was not merely some words that would tie two people, but it had a deeper meaning associated with it. This was what Jia Li learned from her mother when the first time her curious mind wanted to know why it was necessary to say those vows.

Now, at the wedding altar it was her turn to say those vows to the man, whom she chose, her heart chose.

Witnessing the heaven, the earth, and Xianwu's parents, she vowed to stay loyal, to mutually respect and love and to grow older with him. As they kowtowed to each other after the final vow, the priest announced them, husband and wife.

The two of them faced their subjects on the palace grounds. All of them bowed upon the announcement of the Crown Prince of the Tang Empire. Xianwu did the bow as well and vowed to protect the Empire and not let it fall into the wrong hands.
