Grand Empress Dowager looked at Wangjie, who looked frustrated again. "I told you to stay calm. Who told you to send an assassin to Xianwu?" She reprimanded him as she threw the scroll toward him. 

Wangjie looked at his feet and got down to pick up the scroll. 

"It's from Xianwu. Look what he has written there. Since when did Prince Wangjie start acting like a fool?" Grand Empress Dowager questioned him. "How are you going to stop Xianwu from telling this to the Emperor? Don't you know the Emperor has favors on him?" Her annoyance was visible in her tone. 

Wangjie tightly clutched the scroll in his hand and then ripped it apart. "I don't care. Xianwu doesn't hold any evidence against me," he pronounced. 

"Prince Wangjie shouldn't do anything which makes Xianwu humiliate him. We need to stay silent for a few days before making our move. Does Prince Wangjie understand that?" Grand Empress Dowager asked.
