She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

Jia Li's wound was perfectly healed, though the scar had left behind. Court Lady Xuan took the glass from her after the Crown Princess took her medicines.

The Grand Empress Dowager was executed while the spies were put behind bars for life imprisonment. The two masters left for the Dao Sect while Sun Liwei stayed by Xianwu's side.

"Your Royal Highness, Bodyguard Chen Xin is here," a maidservant informed her.

Court Lady Xuan instructed the other servant to lift the tray and she walked out with her. At the same time, Chen Xin entered the chamber. Greeting the Crown Princess with a formal bow, he took the seat in front of her after Jia Li asked him to.
