Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies.

However, it is not easy to take revenge alone when her enemies are countless. That is when Tang Jia Li gets the support of the five young noblemen— The Empress’s bodyguard, the State  Minister's son, the Prime Minister’s son, the Governor’s son, and the General’s son. 

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

Xianwu shed his overcoat as Eunuch Yuhan dutifully took it from him. He reclined on the chaise, taking a moment to rest while anticipating Jia Li's arrival.

"Your Royal Highness, here is the water," Eunuch Yuhan announced, presenting a glass to Xianwu, who accepted it and took a few refreshing sips.

"The Crown Princess is with the Empress. I think she may take time to return," Eunuch Yuhan replied. "Until then, His Royal Highness should take a warm bath," he suggested.

"No, I wish to rest," Xianwu stated.

Eunuch Yuhan nodded and he left the chamber, taking the tray with him.

Xianwu's eyes gradually closed before he fell into a deep slumber. His head slipped off the recliner which Jia Li caught. She made sure Xianwu's sleep wouldn't be disturbed and gently placed his head in its original place.

However, Xianwu was awake now. "Did I sleep for too long? Why did you not wake me up?" he questioned her.
