Wake Me Up When Valentine's Ends

"Evangeline," Fake Death called my attention. "Hey, listen to me."

I was still dazed, holding the empty jar in my hand as he continuously called me. But I didn't pay him any mind, I kept zoning into the memory I had just witnessed.

I didn't remember this memory at all!

I'm genuinely confused about how this memory ended like this because I remembered Klaus as a kind yet slightly manipulative person. Not an obsessive psychopath!

"Is it possible for a memory to change?" I asked, finally acknowledging Fake Death.

"Why?" He seemed genuinely curious about my question.

"This memory didn't happen."

"What?!" Fake Death shouted, his voice echoing in the chambers of the storage house. "Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to raise my voice. Anyway, that can't be possible. They're called memory jars because they contain your  memory, something you experienced in the past--"
