"Ohhhh," I drawled. "It's this memory."

I couldn't help but grimace at the thought of reliving this memory again. This memory didn't happen just once but a couple of times already, and the idea of having to experience itagain made my blood boil.

Seeing my reaction, Death arched his eyebrow curiously. "What's this all about?"

But instead of answering him, I asked him a question.

"You know what I hate the most, Death?"

Death blinked blankly, not quite understanding the relevance of my question to the memory. But oh, it did. In fact, this memory revolved around the thing that I hated the most.

"Tardiness," I said through gritted teeth.

Gosh, I could feel my face getting hotter, and it wasn't because I was feeling shy or embarrassed, but because of how irritated I was.

Upon hearing my answer, Death burst out laughing.

"Good thing I arrived in just time just to reap your soul, right?" He quipped mid-snicker.
