The villagers all agreed and expressed their thanks to Lord Scrooge and the others.

Sylvan was over the moon with joy, while the rest didn't quite know how to react to all the attention. In the first place, it was only Sylvan who was intent on saving the Yokais and they were only watching from the side.

They weren't even keen on helping in the first place, and it was embarrassing that they were receiving sincere thanks and even gifts from the Yokais

And as the sun began to set on the horizon, casting long shadows across the clearing, Lord Scrooge and his companions stood alongside the Yokai, their spirits lifted by rewards that they had received.
