Chapter 29- RAYMOND'S ENCOUNTER IN THE WOODS

CLING..CLANG.

A boy whose body was ridden with scars watched blankly as a dagger landed at his feet.

He raised his head towards a woman standing few feets away from him. She was equally blank and it was difficult to tell who was more blank out of the two.

A voice formerly crisp from screaming and weeping but now smooth and emotionally cold resounded in his ears, "I want to kill."

Picking up the silver dagger with his hands that were also full of bloodied cuts, the boy closed his palm around the hilt. This action made blood trickle down the hilt right to the sharp edge of the dagger before dropping to the ground.

The dagger that would reap lives in the boy's hands drank his blood first.

"I want to kill." A cracked voice that hadn't been let out for a long time, belonging to the boy, sounded.

It was barely audible but the resolve in it was clear.
