CHAPTER 11

In a peaceful Restaurant, two women sat elegantly attracting passer-by's attention. Their discussion was serious and they got along quite well. The cinnamon tea aroma lingered by and you could tell that they were classy.

A Pleasant laughter echoed the room sounding like a melody to the men near because they were truly drawn to her like a moth to a flame….. Wait let's cut this shit it's making me cringe.

Samantha sat opposite this lady and you could tell the difference, she was older. Irritation was hidden behind her smiley face, she hated this woman. First she never grew old second she was young and richer than her. She was everything she never was.

"So 'mom in law'" she wiped her pink lips smoothly not to smear her lip tint. "It seems that you stopped using the cream that I always bought you, your wrinkles are so showing." She laughed lightly when she saw Samantha's grim face.

"It not like that" she cooked words "It's long since I visited the spar…."

"No it's fine I get it sometime money runs short and you got no chose but you'll get through it." That was it. Samantha's face was all red from embarrassment how can this brat talk so carelessly.

"Any way what brought me here was, I need your help..."

"Of cause you do, why would I be here sitting in this…." She looked around shaking her head disapprovingly, she never liked this place it was…just too cheap for her taste. Bitch!

"Luke married again." That was enough to get Sophie's attention, and Samantha took advantage of it. "Yes and the stupid woman brought along her bimbos from the street claiming that they are my sons."

Sophie looked bothered but covered it with a smile, "And what does that have to do with me?" with that the stupid smirk from Samantha's face fell instantly. "If he's happy then that's good, am married and good to… so I don't get the point of this conversation." Sophie stood taking her purse. She took a few dollars and coins placed it to the table, "It was nice meeting you again Sam…also keep the change."

After Sophie left Samantha sat there for a few hours then left nobody has ever mocked her as that bitch did, she will truly teach her a lesson.

Sophie got in her car and instructed her driver to drive home directly, she was not happy at all. It was selfish of her to leave but he was not supposed to get married a gain.

She left but she also wanted him for herself. He was supposed to remain single so she could go back to him and he was bound to take her back. The car stopped in front of the big mansion that looked beautiful on the outside but ugly inside.

She walked directly to the kitchen took particular pills and drank a mouthful of water. She leaned on the counter and cried clutching her chest it was so painful.

She ran to more money but her life was a living hell. Scars hid behind her beautiful smile. In gatherings she flaunted her riches and how she's married to the most prominent man in the world, making women jealous of her. But no one knew what went on behind the walls.

She felt small hands hugging her and she looked at her teenage daughter, the poor girl was crying to. "Mom its ok, we'll get through it… just count me in when you're sad and I'll make it better."

"I'm so sorry for being a failure child; I have never been the best mother." Not even an apology can erase how an absent mother she's been.
