Sofia sat comfortably in her new found house. It was not everything she dreamt of but it was the best hide out. Alexander walked in holding a bottle of campaign.
"He has given up the search." He sat next to her placing a glass on her lap.
"Don't be naïve Alex… he is fooling us so he can attack once we've relaxed." Who was Henry fooling? She's lived with him for years to know his every move.
"Today I'm attending a nine meeting… I think you should come with me so you can build trust through some members."
"No thanks," Sipping wine from her glass, she gazed at him not knowing what he was thinking.
Alex was unpredictable and could sell you off without a thought. He had done that several time with the others and although they had something going on who would live a good deal just to sell out.
"I know that look," He sensed it all but he thought she was different. Someone who he would like to build a syndicate with.
He also had a dream like everyone else; to be the most feared trafficker around but her husband made it difficult.
You'd wonder who has a dream that destroys humanity. But that's what he grew up and found his family doing and was going to finish it off. So were his children.
"Suit yourself… I'll be out for a week, so behave yourself." he warned.
"What do you take me for, I should be saying the same," she barked back. Men always thought women were misplaced beings but they held power more than men thought. A woman can make you go mad.
Alex just hissed and locked the door with a bang…
In a remote and old mansion Sage sat next to Gregory in the dining table full of food. No one had the appetite to even smell the aromatic food in front of them. In the table they were served,
Salad, meat balls with rice, egg rolls, beef and all types of snacks. If Sage was backing home she would almost be completing half of the table.
"Eat so you can have the energy to serve me," Greg told. He had no energy to yell, the yelling had its time coming.
"I won't eat," Sage spat looking away making Greg scoff.
"You think you have a choice, you either eat or starve my dear… you still have more to do." He stood to leave.
"You should be thankful you get to eat all this," he still showed his back, "Instead I should be locking you inside a cave like the others."
"And you're proud of yourself after saying all that?" A laugh escaped her through. "You took me out of my will and yet you're boosting on how I should be grateful, can't you get any bold,"
Everyone else in the room was trembling and sweating. She just destroyed everything and they are all done. She not only got herself in trouble but all of the workers.
"You truly taste my patient young girl, bring her into the room"
