Lucero guides us all to a place he knows saying that place is where we'll find them. Our plans are all set, all of Lucero's men are at their own positions around the warehouse we're in.

A sound reverberates through the room making all of us form a circle and look around the room for the source. A voice, "You were mine to begin with Cara, my own blood. But you chose to be with them." His sentence stops with a harsh laugh, he continues, "Foolish girl."

Then the lights went off, screams of the men could be heard from everywhere and I couldn't see a thing in this dark place, I couldn't breathe. I feel a hand grabs mine and squeezes softly.

"I'm here, stay with me." Lucero whispers and pulls me somewhere away from the scene. How does he see in this situation I have no idea. Does he also have one of those special sights? That's so cool.

"We're almost out." He says and goes to grab a knob or so it sounds like it's locked.

I was so focused on what to do to unlock the door that I barely noticed the knife slicing my stomach, in an instance I fell on my knees and Lucero covered my body with his. "Cara! Stay with me! Listen, you can't close your eyes ok?" His voice fades and is replaced by the screams and groans of the men and gunshots and a lot of energy, bad energy.

"Paulo's down! Lucero do you copy? Paulo's down! Luc-" Before Rhys could finish his sentence the earpiece rings loudly in our ear, Lucero takes it off my ear and off his.

"I'm going to teleport you from here ok? You have to stay strong please!" He begs, pressing on my wound.

I look up and all of a sudden I can see in the dark, a person is holding a long steel aiming for Lucero's head. "Watc-h ou-t." I scream, but it only comes out as a tiny soft whisper. It hits Luce's head and he closes his eyes and falls down on his back on the concrete floor. Blood flows out of his head beside me, the blood touches my hair then the smell reaches my nose. No! No! No! No!

I reach out to touch him but he's so far away. Too far. The guy in black who hits Luce comes into my sight. It's Steven! "Y-ou-" I cough out blood as my vision blurs even more than before.

"Save your breath sister, it's meant to happen, you're meant to be mine! My personal soldier, I was going to make you strong but you're fucking worthless and useless I should've seen it sooner!" He jumps on top of me and chokes me in his hold. "All those threats, you ignored like it meant nothing!"

My sights blurred all over and my consciousness is gone in a snap.

When I wake up, my whole body aches and my head is pounding so hard they might as well use my head as a door.

"Cara, can you hear me?" I look in front of me and focus on the man nudging me with his shoes.

"Rhys?" My eyes cleared and I panicked because my limbs were tied and so were Rhys'.

"It's ok, Luce will find us!" He says, more to himself.

I could only nod in my state and pray to any God out there to help me.

"You're up sister?" I scrunch my eyebrows in confusion.

Rhys looks at me then him, something clicked inside him and he gasps. "You're siblings?"

"No!" "Yes." We answer at the same time, I refuse to believe this faceless monster is my sibling.

"Oh come on sister, you know me, I know you." He takes off his hood and my eyes widen like they could fall out of their sockets.

It's Angel, Angel didn't die, he's my brother, he's the cloaked guy, he's Steven!

"Angel?" Rhys tilts his head.

"Tsk, Steven." Angel/Steven says correcting him.

"I don't have a brother, stop lying!"

"Oh you do, you even have parents who aren't dead yet, just rotting in a cell."

My tears fall freely realizing what he meant by that, my real parents, they're alive but half dead in a cell, he must have done it!

"You're a monster!"

"Really? I wouldn't heal your wounds if I were." He states and I look down at my exposed stomach wrapped in bandages.

"This doesn't mean anything." I spit out. Rhys just sits there trying to take everything in.

"Oh, you must be wondering why I have the power and you don't." He walks around me and squats next to my limp body and grabs my face roughly. "I took it from you, does it make you feel angry? Sad?" He snickers and gets up dusting off his pants. "Well, I'd say enjoy each other's company but uh, whatever." He shuts the door with a loud bang as the steel hits the wall.

"I didn't know, I- I swear!" I plead.

Rhys looks at me and smiles, "of course," He nods. I don't know if he's mocking me or he's being dead serious right now. "We need to figure out how to escape." He rattles his chains and raises an eyebrow.

"I have an idea!" I point to my hair pin the best I can.
