Ember returned to the room where Scovia had been held, and a sinister smile etched across her face. Her arms crossed, standing proudly in front of Scovia.
Scovia, weakened and exhausted, looked up at Ember with her eyes wide open.
"I see you've returned," Scovia managed to say, her voice shaking. "What more do you want from me?"
Ember's smug expression grew as she leaned in closer to Scovia. "Oh, we're just getting started, my dear. I always keep my promises," she replied with a wicked gleam.
Ready to continue where they had left off. "Shall we continue?" Ember taunted, a smug look in her eyes. "After all, I must keep my promise."
Scovia trembled, fear coursing through her veins. She had already endured so much at the hands of Ember, and now she dreaded what was to come next. Ember's smug look only intensified Scovia's terror.
