Then, he sat up from the bed and beckoned to her.

“Come.”

“Don't let it bother you. I will handle her the way I did when you were kidnapped. Okay?”

“How did you handle her?”

Ken smiled softly and requested.

“Let's leave that for now.”

“Okay, hubby.”

“Good, we need to see her now.”

Now, Adline had served the late lunch, and they were eating silently when Ken and his wife got to the door. He stopped and examined his wife's face. Then, he obliged.

“You have to be strong, please.”

She ran her hands over her head and tuck her hair behind her ears. Then, he gave her a satisfied smile before he knocked and waited for a response.

“Come in, the door is not locked.”
