Tris stands before a mirror admiring how beautiful she feels in her mother’s old wedding gown. The Dowager and King Draco hadn’t been exaggerating when they gave the timeline of two days to get married. 


The last couple of days have been a whirlwind of activity. Dragons and humans have been working together to restore the hole in the palace roof, and shifters have come to help palace servants get the building ready for the royal wedding. 


Tris holds her hand up and admires the wedding band Nick had placed on her finger. He had really surprised her with his proposal. Tris was starting to think he no longer wanted to marry her. The prince already has so much to worry about and she felt like all she does is add to his stress.
