Also, there is more of a stat involved part of the system that has been introduced in the later chapters(63). Experience isn't visibly tracked until this point - up until then it is still gathered and slayers do grow slightly stronger from fights, but there's no way of knowing how much has been gained until the chapter it's introduced.]

As Steve's body deteriorated in front of them, the long awaited core materialized out of the ashes.

"Hell yeah.." Axel said, sneering. This was the first time in quite some time that he felt excited about someone else's progress.

At the same time, the fog walls lifted and cleared from the area. They saw that they had been in a large clearing within the valley with a rather sizable waterfall in the distance. The spray made a mist like effect over some of the area that honestly looked very serene.

The spirit of the armor lowered his broken blade. "Keep getting stronger. So when I finally extinguish your soul, I'll gladly make use of it to wipe out all those that expose me - Heaven or Underworld."
